Just assembled this rack today and am impressed with the ease of assembly, functionality, and overall quality. Fits 4 bikes easily, including a couple of xl 29ers. The basket storage on top is great to leave your biking shoes and helmets, and the included hooks are and added bonus. This rack is way easier than trying to lift a bike on and off wall hangers. Easy to assemble and pretty sturdy. Love the basket on top for helmets or other sports gear. I wish there was some way to fix the hooks on the side so they didn't slide, but they are a nice addition. As others have said, bike slots are pretty close so handlebars bump, but you can alternate direction to accommodate. I wish the tire slots were a little more narrow to hold the bikes upright, but they are extra wide to accommodate fat tire bikes.     • Greta bike rack could be slightly bigger
I really like this a lot. The only thing I took a star off for is that the space between the racks could be slightly bigger. Sometimes the bike handles get a little tangled together and I think that’s because the bikes are different sizes (not the same height so handlebars get stuck under the larger bike). The same thing is true if you have a kids bike with training wheels (training wheels get stuck in the larger bike). That said I really think it’s a great rack and this is a small issue. LOVE this bike rack! Super easy to put together, very sturdy, lightweight, holds 4 bikes with ease. It does not need to go up against a wall, it held my bikes without the wall, it was just more efficient to put it up against the wall. I love the shelf that comes with it. Money well spent.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is worth it. I was able to put this together by myself in about 15 minutes. It is so spacious I was able to clear out two bins from my garage and I now have a well organized bike rack and kid toy storage area. I am thrilled with this purchase.

    • Good space-saving bike and storage rack
Looking for a good alternative to bikes on the wall? Solution, this rack! My kids aren't strong enough to pull their bikes down without help, so this rack provides a great solution and only takes up a little bit more width than a bike hanging on the wall and I don't have to worry about safety. The thickness is 4/5, I thought it would be more but after assembly the rack is sturdy. The rack was $103 and a good value, I'm sure the ones for $300 are much thicker but I'm using this in a garage, not in a commercial application. ... show more
