Decent chair, but the carrying bag hardly fits the item - difficult to zip up, which shouldn’t happen with a massage chair at this price. Also too much give in the face cradle area, with the face cradle itself almost too squishy. Arm rest adjustment only changes the angle - doesn’t adjust up or down for height. The adjustment mechanism for the height of the face cradle is two separate knobs that fall off if you’re not careful - this really should be a lever to make it easier. Also, make sure you read the guide that comes with it - there is a flat black plastic piece under the chair that you have to snap into place before using or the chair could collapse - it doesn’t show that part here on Amazon in the description nor the description video! Very easy to miss and potentially dangerous. ... show more

Good Quality and so comfortable. I had an older one that lasted for 20 years. It was time to get a new one. I really do love this chair! It's great for chair massage events and sturdy as well as light enough to tote along! I love the wheels and cover!! Makes it so clean and professional! Bueno!

I especially like the removable knee rests. Many people have knee problems that make a traditional massage chair inaccessible. I also like the 600lb working weight, so I do not have to worry about large clients.
