I recently found out from physical therapy that I’m hyper mobile in my hips. My adductors also will hurt something fierce. For the first time in 15 years I was able to stretch them out to the point of relaxing. I usually have to wait for it to pass. Very grateful for this product.

I purchased this to help me work on keeping the range of motion I have left. With endstage arthritis in both hip joints and AVN in one I have a difficult time getting around. I want to keep what's left for me and needed help as one leg will not elevate on its own. This strap allows me to help improve the strength and/or keep it from getting worse. One particulrly painful night I found I could use the strap to help get my leg up into bed. I'll be keeping this little gem.

Feels well made with lots of extra stitching for support. Bands are thicker than others I’ve used which helps when I’m doing more involved stretching. Color is true to pictures and extra length is appreciated from a taller person like me.

It really is too early to judge durability, but the item seems to be well made and easy to use. If you want an eight feet twelve loop strap for yoga this one does work. It comes with a nice bag to store it. I am not currently using the bag, since I have a larger bag to carry another strap and blocks with me to yoga class, but it is nice to have the option.
