I have mixed feelings about this jacket. When it first arrived, the leather felt thin and the texture seemed a bit off. I honestly thought it might be fake at first. I tested a small patch with leather conditioner near the fur liner, and it didn’t absorb at all, but it did on the main part of the jacket. That makes me think the body is genuine leather, while the attached liner probably isn’t. The product listing also adds to the confusion, calling the fur both “real” and “faux,” which is worth mentioning. For sizing reference, I’m 6'2" and 280 lbs, usually wear an XL, but based on other reviews I ordered a 3XL and that was the right call. It fits like a standard U.S. XL. The shoulders are a little tight when I reach forward, but otherwise it’s comfortable. If you have broad shoulders like me, definitely size up two sizes. In terms of quality, it’s fair but not premium. The nylon lining feels a bit cheap, some stitching is uneven, and the lamb leather is pretty thin (about 0.5 mm by my measurement). It’s soft and real but not something that’ll stand up to heavy wear or serve as motorcycle protection. The color and finish are very uniform, which can make it look a bit too perfect, almost like faux leather, but after conditioning it, the texture softened but it is still heavily processed. Overall, it’s a decent jacket for the price. Don’t expect luxury quality, but if you just want something that looks good for casual use and you take care of it, it’s a reasonable buy. --- I've had this a little over a month now and I have managed to put 2 holes in it, one on the sleeve (1/2 inch long) right before the cuff (absolutely unsure how) but small, I put a little touch up dye on it than a small amount of leather safe adhesive to close it up. It's only noticeable when looking directly at it, otherwise it blends in well. The second hole is on the right side of the jacket, the zipper caught the leather and tore it like it was nothing, it too is small, same thing touch up and leather safe adhesive to close it and prevent further tearing. I am not sure how I managed to do either, as I wasn't aware of either happening in the moment. I've worn this maybe 10 times for a combined total of 3-4 hours mostly on my days off while heading out to pick up groceries. Again the leather is 0.5mm thick, this is very, very, thin leather, my calipers says my thumbs fingernail is 0.48mm in contrast. You can enjoy the leather but it is not durable long term, treat it as a dress shirt or something, when leather is processed they sand down the grain, this thins the leather, while also making it look more uniform, high end leather needs very minimal processing, and the outer layer of leather is the most durable part of it, removing this compromises the integrity of the leather. Very thin leather: Around 0.4–0.8mm used for gloves, linings, and very soft garments. Medium leather: Around 1.6–3.2mm common for jackets, bags, and everyday belts. Thick leather: Around 3.6–4.0mm+ The leather could be 3x's thicker and still be mid tier quality, now I'm not saying this to discourage you. I like the jacket, I do wish it was thicker but I am by no means angry at it as it is. I simply wish to best explain to you (the reader) what you are buying so you can make a informed decision. This is leather intended to look good for fashion while being as cheap as possible, it is not durable leather, and it should be cared for as such lest you be disappointed. ... show more

I normally wear a 2xl. I ordered a 3xl because someone else stated it ran small. Boy does it. The 3xl was at best an XL. Best order two sizes up at least. The overall feel of the jacket was okay. It did appear to have as much padding as the pictures would indicate. The zipper would not unzip until several tries. Maybe after repeated use the zipper would wear in? ... show more
