Body poly Stanger back in the day had it for 12 years replace the battery and it only weighs about a quarter of the old battery. Super lightweight so I don’t know if it’s a different product in the battery or whether they cheeped out and made it lighter with less material in it Time will tell and the worst part is it’s made in China. The original picture of the battery did not have the streamlight logo or name on it. After I posted a question that I have since deleted the picture changed. I had already ordered the battery before i posted my question. When it arrived it was a STREAMLIGHT branded OEM battery that worked perfect with my POLY STINGER and after speaking with Streamlight they told me my standard charger is fine for this new Lithium battery. For the reviews about sending back as they weigh less YES THEY DO. The old black (Ni-Cad) and green (Ni-Mh) are going to weigh more. These Li-Ion will have WAY better longevity than the old black and green. These will last 5-10 years instead of the 1-3 years. It's just a better battery technology especially for the occasional user. AND YES THEY WORK WITH THE OLD CHARGERS. I HAVE 5 OLD CHARGERS INCLUDING FAST AND PIGGYBACK AND THEY ALL WORK!! ... show more
