I purchased this battery as an add-on to my down tube battery for long distance rides. Easy installation and everything I needed was in the kit. Fast shipping and I could not have been more pleased. The battery charged and I never had any issues with it running my Bafang BS02. I constructed the custom e-Beach Cruiser last year which was stolen a few months ago. (Yes, It was Chained up in a garage). I had removed my very dependable Joyisi Battery and It was spared. I contacted the folks at Joyisi to see if they could sell me a replacement kit, minus the battery. They are currently fulfilling this request. Who does this? What good people and great service. Do not hesitate to buy from this company. UPDATE: The company sold me all the parts I needed to build another Ebike using my old Joyisi battery. I would definitely do business with them again. Thanks Joyisi crew!

Was having issue that was completely my fault in that you must have the key in the on position to charge the unit (can be removed). Contacted customer care and they responded quickly with some things to check and am now ready to install the unit and get on the road. Thank you for your quick response. Instructions in the package are pretty vague.

Shipping took a couple weeks but once arrived the battery was sturdy as was the rack. It installed very easily. Im glad I spent the extra money for the most juice available. My bike rolls out now. Its fast and have had it on a few couple mile rides and hardly uses any battery. I love the usb charger. I put my phone in a rear bag and charge my phone while driving when its low on juice. Kind of nice safety feature to have in case your phone was dead and you needed help. The built in lock is nice for security as well.

Unfortunately, two of these have now died in a the last year with VERY light use (300 +/- miles). I have sent it out to be rebuilt as I have designed my rack mount for this housing. Could be cheap cells, but my money is on cheap electronics and or connections. But, I would not purchase again. Once I have the update from the rebuilder on what went "wrong" I will update the review.
