The 640-660 nm red laser and white LED support LED-only, LED/laser combination, and laser- only operation, allowing the light to adapt to changing needs. Tool-less battery replacement lets you change batteries without removing the TLR-6 from the firearm or re-sighting the laser. Windage and elevation adjustment screws mounted in bushings support dependable zero retention, while the contoured housing maintains a secure, streamlined fit. I have purchased a couple of these. They fit more Glock models than indicated. I Have installed the TLR69290 on a gen 4 glock 29 and also on a gen 3 model 20. It should fit on any glock with the integral "rail groves". I can not figure out the couple of reviews I have seen here on Amazon indicating that it was hard to put on, did not stay on, or somehow damaged "itself" on installation. This thing can not be much simpler to install and there is no way to put in on incorrectly. I hate to sound harsh, but if you have trouble installing this you might want to ask yourself if you are smart enough to really trust yourself with a firearm in the first place. As to the unit itself.. It would not be a bad thing if the light was a bit brighter. But you can only expect so much out of a reflector that is less the 3/4 of an inch across. It is bright enough to "blind" anyone trying to see past in in a dark environment when it is shown in their eyes. It is bright enough to illuminate any target at any distance (inside or out) that you really need to be engaging with a handgun. It is not meant to be used to light up a village for an A10 strike after all. It also puts out plenty of side scatter to illuminate off center of the beam to as high a degree as you can ask such a small package to achieve. If you are searching a field, use your flashlight, this is for lighting up what your handgun is pointed at and what is in immediate proximity to that possible target. The laser is a pretty standard red laser of this class. As crisp and bight as it is supposed to be. Again, more than strong enough at any reasonable target distance (and beyond) in the low light conditions it is meant for. If you are gonna complain that you can not see the laser in broad daylight, all you will be doing is showing your ignorance. And if you complain that the batteries won't provide more than a couple of hours of run time... Seriously? Buy a flashlight! I do have one slight disappointment. If the activation button was about 1/4 inch further back, maybe just 1/8, it would be much easier to turn the unit on with my trigger finger while drawing the pistol. I do not have the largest hands, but neither are they the smallest. I am comfortable with a double stack 10 mil Glock after all. However I can not consistently turn it on with my trigger finger while still maintaining an ideal grip on the gun as I draw it. I would prefer not to be contemplating shifting my grip in the stressful situation that I will be in if I have to present the weapon quickly in a true self defense encounter in the dark. With an extra second (or less) to burn, this will not be a problem. And the button is easily reachable with my off hand in a proper two handed grip, so this is a very small negative for me. I did have to adjust both of the units I received for proper zero. It took me less than a minute to have them co-witnessed with the iron sights at the distance of my choosing. No complaint there. I prefer the instinctive grip activation of some of the LaserMax offerings or the "grip button" switch of some of the Crimson trace units. But to have a light and laser combo (I consider the light to be the more important of the two) in a package that is no larger than any of the frame conforming lasers on the market it is well worth the time spent getting used to the "manual" switch.

A good light for the money. I bought this for a full size Glock, so a portion of the light is barely cut off. Overall, my intention was to minimize the footprint and save my bank account. The TLR-6 does just that. It fits securely, and the battery door does not pop open easily (I had to use a knife to install the batteries) like a couple reviews have stated. I have not tested how long the light holds up for, and honestly don't plan to. This is for home defense and if for whatever reason I notice the light dimming, I will just change batteries. The light is bright enough to illuminate a big room. Not even close to the TLR-2, but I did not want a full size light so I am happy with the results. I did shine the laser outside and it went about a football field to the treeline behind my house. Good enough for me, and I doubt you will EVER need it that far anyways. Zeroing was a breeze. I zeroed it at 15 feet. The laser is just barely above my sights. You can have both the laser, and light on at the same time, as I have shown in a picture. If you are like me, and just looking for something decent without killing your wallet, give this a try. Especially if you have a compact or a sub compact. I highly recommend this product. I have been using streamlight products since 2012, after switching over from surefires overpriced junk, and am so glad I did. I have NEVER had a bad streamlight product. Give this TLR-6 a shot. The only improvement they could make to this, is making the same exact version but for a full size, that takes cr123a batteries (and possibly with a green laser). They are very functional, don't get me wrong. But for the price and my needs, this design is more practical. Come on streamlight, make a tlr version for us 'full sized' guys. You can easily do it without the round ugliness and shiny rims. In order to toggle the light, laser, or both on, all you have to do is hard press one side and toggle with the other side. As far as practicality for use immediately after brandishing (unholstering), you would not have your finger on the trigger to do so. I honestly only consider these things as a backup anyways, and if I did need them, I would have enough time to toggle them in the first place. Every scenario has a counter scenario and it is what it is. If you knock a weapon light/led, then why TF are you carrying in the first place.... "I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it". -Everyone who EDC's. WARNING! Do NOT buy the 'recommended' Viridian batteries. Amazon has them pushed to the front and they are the ones with the green rubber around them. They do not work in the TLR-6 because of the green plastic around them. Buy another brand.

Item arived fast.. easy to install. Good for indoor and outdoor use ..the 100 lumens is plenty. The laser cuts through the bright led light and csn be seen indoors and outdoors at night very well..easy to zero in with just using facory sights.. I zero it at about 15 feet and any closer the laser drops 3 inch or so...so you have to aim low ... any further it take about 25 feet before it starts to rise about an inch above zerod so you would aim high the reason this is is because the laser sits an inch or so below the barrel you will get use to it testing it at different distances and componsating for the drop or rise of the laser but its only like an inch or so rise or drop and it all depends on what distance you zero it at...which is not a big desl it only drops 3 inches if your right up on a target within like 10 feet but honestly dont worry about those little details this is well worth the money and you will get to know the detsils ... its easy... I was suprised by how far the laser will go at night outdoors.. as far as the eye can see really.. the 100 lumens indoors up close quarters is more of a 1-3 foot wide hot spot getting brighter in the center with plenty of spill flood patter wide and bright ..and out doors or distances more than 8 feet is more of a flood pattern but still well worth the money and plenty bright... can switch the batterys out with out removing the light.. its only like 6 bucks for replacement batterys.. unless your out in the woods and need something extremely bright...that goes extreme distsnces... this good to have for like up to 6 acers of land without a lot of trees thats how the light performs.... indoors any size house would work.. if you do buy one u will wonder why u didnt buy one sooner.. this is good for home defence indoors and surrounding the dwelling.. this is a MUST HAVE for home defence.. u wont be disapointed... i was not paid to write this...

Just got my Streamlight TLR-6 Tactical Pistol Mount Flashlight 100 Lumen really fast (like in 2 days with Amazon Prime). Fit on my Glock 19 Gen4 perfectly and works great! Light is bright and the laser is very easy to operate and zero in. The sleek design makes it so it can slide in and out of a holster easily without snags. I can't yet talk about battery life or how it stands to recoil but I'll test it this weekend and see how it fares. About Amazon: we use Amazon Prime and it has been a delight. We get every order correctly and on time (or even faster). Sure, once in a while we realize the product we ordered isn't what we were expecting just like it could happen at any brick and mortar store... and then there was that one time that something came broken but you could tell it was the carrier's fault and not Amazon but Amazon stood by their product and service and received it in return while we ordered another one. Either way, Amazon has a very user friendly system where you can return anything you're not happy with for any reason. We could not be happier with them...

Great compact light and laser. The batteries are a bit expensive and hard to find, but overall works great. Just make sure the housing wraps around the trigger guard when you install it and it will never come off. I saw several reviews that said it flies off. It does not, they just installed it wrong and probably shouldn't own a firearm.

What else can you say. It is easy to mount and looks like it came installed on the frame from Glock. The only negatives are it is not rechargeable and there is no strobe, but the battery is easy to install even when mounted and are you really going to use the strobe to disorient, yeah probably not. It is super easy to sight and change between the different funtions. The flashlight is bright enough to clearly identify targets, even in the dark and is very easy to engage, while also being easy to avoid unintentional activation. If you have a Gen 3 and are looking for a sleek, OEM looking light w/laser, this is the one for you. I have two of them, one for both our Gen 3s and recommend it highly.

Perfect compact light/laser combo and decent price. Very light, fits nicely with my Glock and works really well. I was a little concerned that light and laser wouldn't be that bright because it was "only" 100 lumens, but they are definitely bright enough for pretty much anything you'd need a handgun for. Both laser and the flashlight are easily visible on a wall across a large room during the daytime, so you know your good at night. Laser sighting adjustment works well, and the option to choose laser, light, or both on initial turn on is really nice. Also, streamlight doesn't list the Gen 3, G23 as model that works with this mount, but it definitely does. The only issue I can see is that the buttons are a little far the trigger if you have shorter fingers or smaller hands. I have long fingers and it fits me perfectly.

So, at first I didn't realize I had mounted this incorrectly. Its easy to do because when you put it on its a bit tricky and can be mounted without all the anchor points. Not saying it wasn't a silly mistake, just saying it can be done. Make sure you are on securely to both the rail and the trigger guard before tightening this laser/light down. Once it is anchored properly on both it is pretty easy to align to your sights. I will say that a bore sighting doesn't always work either because... what I found... is most of those bore sights have rubber grommets holding them in place. Because of this the bore sight can be misaligned. The best choice is going to be on range. Also, the sight because of the laser location in reference to the barrel it is only on target at one range/distance. If you are beyond that range too close or too far the laser is not on target vertically. This is a no-brainer for most experienced individuals but for those who are not that experienced keep this in mind. Set that sight for use in the range of the area you expect to use it in i.e. your home like a hallway or a room so if you have to use it you can point and be reasonably sure its on target. Hope this helps.
