I was looking for a tactical flashlight that was powerful, durable, and easy to mount, and this one absolutely delivers. The brightness is no joke. At 1750 lumens it lights up everything in front of you, whether you’re scanning a backyard, a trail, or a dark room. The zoom feature is really useful too. You can go from a wide flood of light to a tight focused beam with just a quick adjustment. Mounting it to my Picatinny rail was quick and secure. Once tightened, it doesn’t wiggle or shift at all, even after use and movement. It feels solid and well built, not cheap or flimsy. I also like how easy it is to switch modes and control the light without awkward hand positions. It’s clearly designed with real use in mind. Battery life has been solid so far, and it charges quickly. If you want a bright, dependable tactical flashlight that mounts cleanly and performs like higher-priced models, this is a great buy. I purchased the plain weapon light without the zoom or the laser option. I originally used this for Airsoft and it has performed very well after 3 hours of constant use during night games. The lights bright, has a good enough throw for short and medium engagement distances, easy to use and very streamline. The main question is how durable is it considering its price. After purposefully dropping it 5ft off the ground onto concrete and throwing it onto the ground, the light has taken some dings and scratches and even some parts of the inner lens cracking. I also pressed both of the toggle buttons very hard and they haven’t become mushy or broken which is good. Even after doing this torture test and even parts of the inner lens cracking, the light still performs as new with no difference in performance whatsoever. If you’re using this for airsoft then this light performs well above and beyond. As for using this weapon light for real steel firearms, from my experience the light seems more than capable of being a good weapon light for actual firearms considering the price point. I probably wouldn’t use this for my main AR-15, but I will definitely use this product for my secondary firearms like my MP5 and my S&W FPC. I highly recommend considering this product and trying it out to see if it’s something for you. Overall. This weapon light is really good considering how much it costs compared to reputable brands which can be expensive and is a great choice for recreational use. However, the lack of a solid track record can leave some buyers reluctant to use this as their main weapon light for their main weapon system. However, this light still performed great and deserves to be considered to give it a try. PROS. -Performs Really good for the money -Sleek and streamline -Easy to operate -has good throw and brightness -pretty durable for its price point Cons. -has a proprietary charging system -doesn’t have the track record or reputation to be considered a duty grade weapon light when reliability is crucial for intense situations ... show more

So far, so good. Have only had It for short while and have not used it for live fire yet. Have it on my Mossberg 590s shockwave. Nice low profile. Using the pic rail mount. Easy to use large buttons, even in gloves. Went with this model strictly on price and profile. Would prefer a replaceable battery instead of a rechargeable one. For the price it fits my home defense needs. Solid feel, good placement for this model shotgun. On the down side. The light housing heats up very fast and boarders on hot to the touch. Profile makes it easy and snag free when pulling it from a scabard type case. Recharging is easy but the charging cord is very short meaning you will need to leave your weapon near a plug or remove the light for charging. Right now I give it 4 stars because it works, has a solid feel and performs advertised. The zoom feature is nice . The tight spot is nice and ver easy to expand the beam, Also the price. If it works well for a year or so, I'd be happy. Atleast I can see what I like or not like without spending big bucks. If I have issues in 3 or 4 months , I'll let you know. ... show more

Wow. For the price, this weapon light is something else! The version I have has the adjustable spot. Fantastic! This is going on a home-defense item and solves a problem I've had with non-adjustible beams... getting blinded by the default, wide beam on my regular lights. This is a game-changer. This light also has a strobe function with a seperate buttin so no confusion. I can appreciate a product for the everyday person that solves problems and gives great value for the investment. Ease of installation... comes ready for picatinny or Mlok. Easy to charge without pulling the light off. Will it survive the recoil in a days training? We'll see. If so, I'll buy more. ... show more

Really happy with this DEFENTAC flashlight. It is very bright, feels solid, and the zoomable beam is a nice feature depending on how wide or focused you want the light. The mounting options for M-LOK/Picatinny rails make it versatile, and it seems like a great setup for a rifle or other gear. Fits perfectly on my 7” Honey Badger. Seems to be fairly well-built. I was sold on the ability to adjust from flood to spot. However, the flood spread is pretty narrow. 1750lm is definitely a stretch… The figure provided in the description is a common tactic of lesser-quality products. My 3-star rating is more related to the inaccurate descriptions to market the product, but I plan to keep it. ... show more
