Description

The Microstream USB is a compact Lithium-ion battery-powered flashlight designed for use in all markets. It features a tail cap switch, momentary or constant on operation, high and low beams, a combination pocket/hat clip for convenience, and amazing brightness and run time for a light of its size and price. The aluminum housing with Type II Military Spec anodizing helps make the light extremely durble and abrasion resistant. To charge the light, slide the head cover forward to expose the micro USB port

    • Button is hard to push, but I think I have a workaround…

The button is almost impossible to push unless you use your fingernail. However, if I turn it on with the button, I can then slightly unscrew the bottom off and on to turn the flashlight off and on by slightly unscrewing the bottom part, not the part that accesses the battery… I'm wondering if anyone knows if that could be a possible problem? Working in a flower shop, I needed a small light to showcase trichomes, and this little guy gets the job done perfectly. It's compact, lightweight, and fits easily in my pocket. The only downside is the strong thumb pressure required to keep the button depressed. At first, I thought the button was broken, but it's just very stiff. My husband bought this light back about 6 or 7 years ago. He said it is a handy little light, battery last long for being so small. But the one thing that really sold him on it, he lost the light back in 2021, and I am writing this review in May of 2025. He did not have clue where he lost it, then found it while working on a big roof top re-frigideration unit. After he found it it was not only to be found in good shape, but the battery still half charged after spending almost 4 years in 37 or 38 degree Fahrenheit, damp and very dirty conditions.
