    • Good for the low price, but not great for a flashlight. When focused down, it looks bad.

For $5 each, they are pretty good. You can use AAA or 18650 batteries in them, although I don't trust them to have a low-voltage cutoff, so I'd recommend a fully protected 18650 and not a bare one. Not very bright (compared to my Fenix), but it doesn't claim to be. The light on the widest "zoom" is actually surprisingly even albeit somewhat dim, without major hotspots. When you focus it down as far as possible, it turns into the image of the actual square LED, which is kind of useless. They probably should have designed it to stop focusing before it got to that point. Essentially they are okay backup flashlights. You can put lithium ion or lithium primary AAAs in them and store them in your car or whatever and they'll be cold-resistant. I haven't used them for long so I do not know how long they will last. If either flashlight breaks I'll update the review. ... show more

Super flashlights!! Very ez to switch to zoom lighting just by pulling out the front while holding it still. This is extremely bright! Comes with batteries as well although i don't expect they'll last like name brands do. It has an SOS flashing setting as well. I have kid sized hands and still these provide a comfortable grip! Great buy for 2 of them! I chose to put 1 away as I only use 1 at a time anyhow. They feel very well built but I've only just recently received them so am unable to comment on their durability.
