  • How to use the flashlight
The flashlight is really bright and has excellent light output. In turbo mode, the battery drains pretty quickly, and it’s a little heavy and large, but you can use the strap to hang it on your shoulder while using it. The price is also high. I hope it lasts a long time and doesn’t break easily.

  • Beast of a flashlight!!
The Imalent MS32 is an absolute powerhouse and the brightest flashlight available, delivering unmatched illumination!! It features a premium, robust aluminum body and a protective glass lens. An integrated OLED display provides real-time brightness and voltage information, keeping you informed. Generating that much light creates heat, but the three built-in cooling fans handle it effectively. The flashlight is easy to manage during extended use thanks to a helpful shoulder strap and intuitive dual-button controls. While it is an investment, the company stands behind it with their customer support and warranty if you were to have any issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it if you’re on the fence. ... show more

  • Six star product great customer service
Just so you know, I am a truck driver and I’m always in sketchy environment or places at night so I can sleep to deliver in the morning but this Flashlight is absolutely amazing and way more than you can imagine literally turns night into Day no exaggeration a must see in person trust me there’s no video that does it justice you have to be there yourself and by holding it in your hands you can easily get a sense of how powerful it is with the weight that it has, which is why you get a sling to go around your shoulder for extended time holding it definitely helps out lol. I had gotten an issue with my battery pack not working properly which I strongly believe was my own fault by using different chargers, adapter and cables which is not recommended since it’s an extremely powerful battery pack. But after contacting customer support they immediately sent a new battery pack replacement completely for free 🙌🏼 that is valued at over $200 US— after submitting a video of my issue these guys without hesitation sent me one so my family, friends and I could continue to enjoy the flashlight. 🔦 and trust me when I say you will love it 😊 no regrets, always make sure to use the charger that comes with it, a lesson I will not be forgetting anytime soon haha But Please be careful as well since I’ve burned a hole directly through my bedsheets by messing around with it and my friend also threw his windbreaker like it was not even there lol. But I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the build quality of this item. It is definitely the world‘s most powerful hand held flashlight in my opinion and I could not be any happier. ... show more

  • It's So Stupid, I Love It!
Let's be honest with ourselves, there is no actual need for an $800, 200,000 lumen flashlight, but need has never dictated should or shouldn't 😁 not to mention later I mention how this light might have just saved a life 🫡 I have both this, and the SR32 little brother, and if you're on the fence, do what I did and buy both! The throw on the SR32 is so crazy and you can see SO FAR! And the pure brutality of light created with thr MS32 is something to behold. So fun story, this light actually stopped a road rage incident from escalating to an armed conflict. Long story short, an over zealous guy with littleman syndrome in a big body decided that he didn't like my reaction to him cutting me off at the gas station(I threw my hands up like really guy?) So he gets out of his truck all aggressive-like as if he was going to be violent, but he stopped VERY quickly when I took my portable sun and pointed 200,000 lumens in his face. He froze for a good 3 seconds, then calmly turned back around and sat in his truck and patiently waited to get gas 🤣 Buy it! ... show more

  • Very disappointing Very disappointing
I purchased the Imalent MS32 in October 2024 and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The flashlight was used only 4–5 times, each session lasting about an hour, so it has seen very light use overall. During the last use, it had been running for around 40 minutes at 2000 lumens when it suddenly shut off. At first, I assumed the battery had simply drained, so I connected it to charge. However, it never started charging and the flashlight never turned back on again. After removing the battery, I noticed there was visible burn damage at the contact point between the battery and the flashlight head. This is extremely concerning, especially for a product at this price point and from a brand that is supposed to be high quality. Given how little the flashlight was used, this kind of failure is unacceptable. I expected much better reliability and safety. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. ... show more

  • US Military Installation US Military Installation
6 Month Update: The durability on this beast has blown my mind! I've used it almost nighty for 6 months and it's been completely solid! There has been zero issues with the UI, lagging, flickering or charging (so many other lights are plauged with these issues). It runs like a Glock! Since I work graveyard, I do a lot of activities during the night on my time off. Recently, while gardening, I set the light on top of a 4.5ft tall fence post to illuminate the area. It was accidentally bumped off and tumbled over 4 times in hard packed ground. I thought my investment was gone :( However, I couldn't find a single scratch on it. It still works perfectly like nothing ever happened! What a tank! Even the pups love the light, they never miss a ball when playing fetch lol! Original: I work in security for a US military installation. I actually get to put my torches to work! I love that I can use this as a first line defense before having to resort to other measures. My last torch was a Q8Plus and everyone was already impressed with that. The MS32 in 18,000lm mode is about on par with the Q8Plus, but it stays completely cool, silent, and sustains for a century. This is the mode I primarily use. I regularly lift 125lb dumbbells so the size and weight is not an issue for me. In the video I cycle through all the regular modes first (80lm - 90,000lm) and then blast it on 200,000lm turbo. Enjoy! Some neat facts that I wasn't able to find anywhere else online: 1: On a fully charged battery 16.8V, you can hit turbo (1 min) about 6 times in total; as long as you let it cool off between each round of turbo. Once the battery drains below 13.9V you can no longer engage turbo. Charging from 13.9V to 16.8V takes 80 minutes. 2: From 13.9V to 13.5V you can only engage up to 40,000lm mode. 3 From 13.5V to 12V (empty) you can only engage up to 9,000lm mode. Charging from empty takes 120 minutes. ... show more

  • Not Practical, Overheats Fast
I was excited for this flashlight, as it advertises being the brightest flashlight in the world. Is it? I haven't tried every single flashlight in the world, so I really don't know. However, I found this one just didn't live up to its promise. The biggest issue I encountered using this, was that it very quickly would display a warning logo on the display if I was using 40K lumens mode, which is supposed to last for something like 40 minutes. I then would not be able to switch into 90k mode, and i'd get maybe a couple seconds of the supposed 200k mode. I was worried about the safety of the product, so I returned it, as the warning was coming up often, and basically rendered this flashlight unusable as advertised. The first thing to know about this flashlight is that it's heavy and unwieldy. It is not fun to carry, and it is not pleasant at all to go on a long walk with. I'm not entirely sure if there are any practical uses for it, and it's basically something most people are going to buy just for bragging rights, if they are a flashlight collector, but don't actually carry them out in the field. It is definitely not an "EDC" as they say. I was not terribly impressed by the brightness, frankly. My EDC is from another brand and weighs less than 1/6th of this flashlight, is easy and comfortable to carry for long distances, and maxes out at 20K lumens, while being less than half the price of this. I am much more impressed with that flashlight, and I felt at this price point that the Imalent product just wasn't all that great. The weight and bulk of this flashlight makes it truly unwieldy. Unless you're an absolute beast of a human being, the entire time you are carrying this the only thing on your mind will be how heavy it is, and the handle is absolutely not comfortable to carry. At this weight, you'd really need some padding with foam to make it bearable, but that would probably be a major hazard, because this thing gets HOT so fast it's crazy, even on lower modes, and on 40K with the fan running. I used this flashlight in the middle of the night when the moon was more or less at 0% full, in a state park away from all lights and sounds of civilization. As for the brightness, I found that the jump up to 40K was where I was most impressed. I didn't feel like the jump up to 90K was actually more than twice the brightness. Perhaps that's where diminishing returns kicks in for lumens. The jump from 90k to 200k was not impressive at all, and absolutely did not seem more than 2x brighter, and absolutely in no way seemed 5x as bright as the 40K mode. Definitely diminishing returns big time on this one, and I think Imalent should start focusing on better throw and longer run times in the middle lumen tiers, and stop it with the whole "brightest flashlight" arms race. I cannot imagine a 500K lumen flashlight would provide much better light than this. At that point, just get some stadium lights and tow them around on a wagon. Throw on this isn't great for the price. It's just not that impressive. It's better than my 20K lumen flashlight, but at this price point I'd expect much better throw. Where I was really hoping this flashlight would shine (sorry, I had to) was the extended 40K mode, being able to use it for over half an hour without stop. However, that's where I found I was getting the overheating warning on the display. Without being able to sustain 40K lumens for a while, I just wasn't happy with the flashlight at this price point. My general takeaway here is that this flashlight should only appeal to you if you have unlimited cash to burn, are obsessed with flashlights, and are the kind of person who needs to have the very best or brightest in any category just to satisfy your ego. If you're looking for a practical flashlight that you will enjoy carrying and using on a regular basis, I cannot in good conscience recommend this. Another thing that was an issue for me, was that there was lubricant used in the product that melted during use, and ran down the side of the handle, making it greasy. Definitely another factor in my decision not to keep the item. I felt the overall build was cheap. It's heavy, but didn't feel very premium to me. The box it comes in is very sturdy, but to me that represents the sizzle and not the steak. I didn't want an expensive box to look at, I wanted the very best flashlight money could buy. And I don't think this is it. In short, if you simply want bragging rights to go around telling people you own the world's brightest flashlight, then you might be happy with this, assuming money is absolutely no object to you. But if you are looking for something practical with safety in mind, I would keep researching. ... show more

  • Way too bright!
This flashlight is very bright. I go urban exploring at night in various places, and it lights up everything; it has such a wide angle, so I don't need to move the light around to blind my friends. It lasts a little more than an hour in the max brightness mode, but I mainly use the 90k lumen mode, which lasts a lot longer and is still as bright. It's like holding the sun in my hand! ... show more
