So I wanted to try it, so I bought it! I am very happy that I did it, because the past 1-2 hours has only been 45 minutes, most of which is to re-shampoo and blow dry! The actual straightening process is faster. hint: 1-It is important to comb/brush your hair before you start. Because my hair is thick and curly, I combed my hair, and only divided my hair into 6 parts from the middle and clamped it with the delivery clip, so that I would not be messy during operation. This was also greatly shortened. The reason of time! 2-Make sure that if you just "brush" your hair like a hairbrush, you actually pass the hair through the bristles so that the bristles pass through the other side of the hair before pulling it through. This allows the hair to come into contact with the ceramic surface of the bristles, which is what causes the hair to straighten. You can do this from top to bottom. Because it is anti-scalding design. 3-He has 6 adjustable heat settings, from 266°F to 400°F. I love this product! If you ever straighten your hair, you need this thing! I have frizzy hair that neither curls nor falls straight on its own and all I wanted was a fast, easy way to make it look good without damaging the crap out of it. I have fine, dry hair and really need to worry about heat damage. This works so well I can let my hair air dry and then style it with the Comb in less than15 minutes and look like my stylist did it! I love that I can skip one heat styling process and this Comb works so well that I can use it on just level 1 or 2 so less heat damage there too.
