Disclaimer: Not sure if everyone’s experience is the same, but when my PC arrived, it was not in a discreet box. You could clearly see what it was, which made me nervous considering the price. Also, be aware that someone must sign for the delivery. Review: Aside from the packaging, I absolutely love this PC so far. It runs very quietly, the graphics look amazing, and setup was simple right out of the box. Performance has been great overall, smooth gameplay and fast loading times. I have had a few game crashes here and there (I mainly play on Steam), but I’m still troubleshooting that and don’t believe it’s an issue with the PC itself. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this computer to anyone looking for a powerful, clean-running setup that handles both gaming and everyday tasks really well. Side note: check for sales before you buy. I ordered mine a day before the Prime sale and missed out on $100 off, so learn from my mistake and don’t let your excitement cost you lunch money for the week! Ha! ... show more

Love this PC. Extremely happy with the prebuild. I’ve tried Vein, battlefield, project zomboid, and my current addiction, Cyberpunk 2077. The games work perfectly and look wonderful. 1. bought on Cyber Monday, definitely worth the price I paid in getting a great product with a nice discount 2. Very impressed with this company; first time buying a pc from them; the spec(s) was exactly as described (ram memory, hard drive storage size, video card memory). Also the initial setup was easy > plugged everything in (included keyboard, included mouse, my own monitors, my own speaker, internet cable, power cable) and just followed onscreen instructions. 3. A nice surprise, to me, was the included keyboard and mouse. All buttons are multi-color lighted and feels very solid when typing. I've been using the traditional black and white keyboard my whole life, so I'm not sure if this is the "mechanical" type of keyboard (I could be just like a country boy visiting a metropolitan city for the first time lol). Fair warning though, I am not sure if all their pc systems would come with this same kind of keyboard and/or mouse. The pc I bought was in the mid range at best, if not lower (around $1,500). 4. Worth mention: fans were very quiet * This is exactly the type of pc I preferred: setup once and it performs the same every time I turn it on, steady with no need to deal with a different issue here and there. I've used this pc for 3 weeks, and if I experience **no (major) issue during that time, I expect there won't be any (major) issue in the long run. ** One tiny issue : Youtube on my browsers would suddenly stop or keep spinning as if there is no internet connection. This happens on more than one browser. I have to either turn off and restart the browser, or go to Network and Internet in Windows Settings, play with the settings a bit. However, this issue could be caused by the router setting, or an Ad Blocker extension, and not necessarily from the network card that came with the pc.
