I installed this with the supplied hardware and it was easy to do! Top notch quality and good size. I could not get this quality at the local hardware store or big box retailer. It came with all the screws, actually heavy duty bolt screws, I needed to securely mount them on the wall. It hold more implements than I thought it would, without bending or making me wonder if it would be strong enough. Great value for what it costs. I don't have other tool racks to compare this to so I can't say if they're better or worse. This one is sturdy, easy to install and does the job. It costs a bit more than the others I looked at but somehow I got the idea it's made in the USA when actually it's made in Vietnam. Nothing wrong with that, but not worth paying a premium for it either. The unit hangs on three large bolts which work fine if you pre-drill the holes (I put some wax on the bolts as well) but using a power tool, more bolts wouldn't be a big deal. The hooks are welded in place which may make them stronger but it would have been nice to be able to slide the hooks out of the way to make room for my drill when I was driving in the bolts. So It's fine, but I suspect that functionally it's not much different from other similar looking tool hangers. By the way, if it isn't obvious, a single person can hang this by simply driving in the center bolt. Once that's done, your hands are free to check if it's straight and add the left and right bolts. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Previously, I always hung my tools on a mounted 2x4 with nails. The BLAT has upward-angled bars prevent tools from slipping off over time, unlike nails that bend downward. Additionally, it eliminates the need to drill holes in tool handles.
