These dishes are beautiful! Heavy duty, high quality, and truly microwave safe! A few pieces were damaged in shipment so I called the number provided on a card in the box. Wow! I can’t say enough about their customer service! Instead of sending replacements for the pieces that were damaged, they sent me a whole new set! And I didn’t have to sent the damaged pieces back either! Talk about top notch customer service! Very impressed!!!

Love, Love, Love this dinnerware set! Love the lipped plates. Love the color. Love the sizes of the bowls and plates! Very durable. Customer Service is absolutely outstanding. One bowl came with a tiny chip, and I telephoned the customer service number, and even though phone tag was played, I left my information, and representative telephoned back leaving information she needed on my voicemail to which I called her back and left requested information, and was called back with a representative leaving a confirmation message that a replacement has been sent out and should arrive in a few days which it did. I would definitely order from this company again. I am a Girl with a Big Smile and an awesome dinnerware set!

The dishes are pretty and colors match the picture. However, some of them had some scratches. 5 of the dinner plates came broken, but I don’t blame the company because they were very well packaged. Customer service to replace the place was easy and fast. Unfortunately, instead of sending me 5 dinner plates, they sent me a 4 set of bowls, small plates and dinner plates. So now I have more dishes than I can fit in my cabinet and I’m still short a dinner plate.

I recently purchased two sets of the 32 Piece Dinnerware Sets for 8 from PURE LIVING INTERIOR DESIGN in the Black and Petrol Blue color, and I am beyond impressed! The quality and craftsmanship are truly outstanding — each piece feels luxurious, durable, and beautifully made. The modern design adds such a sleek, elegant touch to our dining table. We did encounter a small issue with one dish that arrived damaged due to shipping. However, the way PURE LIVING handled it absolutely blew me away. Their customer service was incredible — not only did they replace the damaged plate promptly, but they also went above and beyond by sending me a couple of extra sets at no additional cost. That level of care and professionalism is rare these days. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. This is some nice dinnerware! Very pretty, solid made stuff. My wife loves the look, feel, and the weight of the set. It came packed with unbelievable care. Hard to believe as well as it was packed I still had 2 chipped pieces. I called the phone number included in the shipping rather than contacting Amazon. This company had my replacements delivered to my home in less than a week. Unbelievable great service. I would not hesitate to order again or highly recommended Pure Living for stoneware. Thank you for your excellent products and unbelievable service.
