So I ordered this set as it had great reviews and it came with salad/pasta bowls. One of the salad/pasta bowls came with a nice big chip in it. So I contacted the company via email. Their response although in German was quick. Lucky our phones now translate languages easily. I sent my order and picture of the broken bowl. And they just asked for my order number and I gave it to them. They asked if I wanted 15% off my order or a replacement. Silly me I assumed they just meant replacing the “one” bowl. So I said I really wanted just the one bowl replaced. They agreed, they were super nice and easy to work with and today I got my “one” replacement bowl with a whole 16 piece set. So now when my other dishes break because we all know stoneware always breaks I have enough dishes to replace half my dishes if they break. Now we’re to store them? I really only wanted the “one” bowl. Onto the dishes themself. They look way less gold in person, thank the heavens! I’m a simple woman and this was one of the few sets that came in brown. All I wanted were some simple brown dishes. And this and some really metallic shinny ones were my options. So I picked these. I like the rims of the plates so when the grandkids come and eat the food doesn’t come off their plate. We all know with kids that’s a problem. Then they came with salad/pasta bowls. That made me very happy. No I won’t used them for salad or pasta but they are nice sized shaped bowls. I mostly use them to eat leftovers in. They work beautifully. So far I have had them about a week and they are easy to wash (that shinny coat has a purpose). They hold up In the microwave well (I already said I eat leftovers). I don’t use a dishwasher, (you know that thing that never gets the dishes clean so you have to hand wash them anyway) so I can’t say they hold up well in the dishwasher or not. I like the dishes and since I have a whole other 16 piece set they will Probably last past 5 years (well if I’m nice to them). So ya I would buy these again in a heart beat. Now can you just have some simpler colors like plain brown you know the color of hot chocolate for the simple folk your selling to. Maybe take that slick easy to clean finish and make it so its not blinding me when the sun is out. More like a satin finish you know so they still clean easy. Thanks again

Received the 32 piece set. The dishes are absolutely beautiful, Great color. The large plates are a great size with a lip around the edge. The size of soup bowl is nice and deep. The pasta/salad bowl is also a great piece. There was an issue with a couple of the pieces. I reached out to customer support via email and within a few minutes I had a response. Replacement pieces were sent within a couple of days and absolutely no hassle!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I will purchase from this company in the future.

I have been looking for a new set of dishes for about 2 months. The reviews were all good on these so I decided to give them a try. I bought a 12 place setting. I LOVE them. They were packed really well and arrived with no breakage. There were no defects in color or glazing. The color is gorgeous and true to picture. I find accent more taupe than grey but those two colors are tricky. It is beautiful however you see it. It is a soft, suttle color so doesn’t jump out at you but gives you something classy And fun. The glaze looks really good so it should last. They stack great. I put them in dishwasher and they came out beautiful. I highly recommend these dishes.

I ordered the Pure Living stoneware dinner set for a gift and they are beautiful! They are solid, chip resisted and scratch resistant. They are not lightweight. I’m going to purchase another set!

These dishes are just what we wanted - perfect everyday dishes that look classy for a dinner party. Of the 32-piece set, 1 bowl was cracked and 3 dishes had minor blemishes. The ease of getting this remedied was impressive. In addition, I loved that there was ZERO styrofoam packaging - all cardboard and recyclable. I was really impressed with this product and company overall.

I love this dinnerware set. Having the sides come up a little has been great for meals with any kind of sauce. Very nice looking and great quality. The first set I ordered was not delivered to the correct address so who ever received them I hope you are enjoying them also!
