We absolutely love this dinnerware set. We wanted a cream or white stoneware set and this product fit the bill. We love the bowls because of their shape as they are easy to hold in your hand. The dinner plate is smaller than our last dinner plate but that we found is a better feature than what we previously had. The only down side is that there are no accompanying pieces to this set and, there is no offer to buy additional single pieces to this set. Buy this set, it is functional, perfect for the kitchen casual dining and great in the dishwasher. One caution, use a mitt when taking the dishes from the microwave as they get too hot to handle. ... show more

The plates are very durable and aesthetically fantastic. I love the look. However, even though on the bottom of the plate, it states ”Microwave safe…plate may get hot” MAY get hot? MAY?? After just 2 minutes in the microwave these things feel like you are holding molten lava in your hands. You can’t pick them up with an oven mitt.
