They are sturdy and beautiful. I love the large bowls. We used them so often for pasta, salad, stews, you name it. Yes they will get the silver scratches on them from eating utensils, but I clean mine up with a microfiber cloth, Bar Keepers powdered and some elbow grease and they look brand new. The Stone Lain Lauren Stoneware set is even more stunning in person than in the pictures. The rustic plaid design gives such a cozy, farmhouse feel to the table, and each piece has its own slightly unique character, which I love. They’re solid and well-made — not too heavy, but definitely sturdy enough for daily use. The glaze has held up beautifully through multiple dishwasher cycles, and they’re microwave safe, which is a big plus in our busy household. I searched the internet high and low for stoneware dinnerware looking for a quality brand. Stone Lain kept coming up with good reviews so I bought 2 sets online. You never know what you’re getting if you order online but I chanced it based upon the reviews. I am amazed at the quality of what I received. First of all, the Packaging was so sturdy that there is no way for damage during shipment. The set includes a “pasta bowl” that I often use as a big salad bowl, so that was very useful. The pieces are heavy but not TOO heavy. It is a Beautiful set with a very modern flair— the style seems to be what everyone is searching for today. It is manufactured by a Canadian company and if I’m not mistaken it is produced in New York. No cheap goods From China for me…. We have had these dishes for 6 months and they are holding up well. We use these everyday, they do well in the dishwasher and not a single scratch from use or the dishwasher. We love the color as well!

I love the look and feel of these sooo much!! But omg they scratch so easily 😭. I wish it came with a disclaimer to not use real silverware if that’s the case cause my husband made oatmeal and just him stirring in the bowl with his stainless steel spoon cause a bunch of scratches in the bowl.
