Got this dinnerware set to add to my outdoor kitchen. I'm going to get another one just to double the number of place settings I have for when I have company. They are well made void of any imperfections that I can see after my initial hand washing of each piece. I'm in love with the beautiful rich hue of the plates. The color was listed as black, but the only complete black are the inside of the bowls, the rest of the set is a nice slate grey with an almost blueish tint to it. The concentric circles form a subtle pattern that's not too busy or fussy. The monochromatic look gives the plate a slightly formal feel while all the while maintaining a casual, laid back vibe. This dinnerware is made from ceramic coated stoneware, which is thicker and heavier than your basic porcelain or china, giving them a heft when you hold them in your hands and an added durability making them ideal for use in my outdoor kitchen. \ I definitely recommend this dinnerware set for indoor or outdoor use! ... show more

I like that this dinnerware set is lightweight and easy to use for everyday meals. It’s convenient for the dishwasher and microwave, which is a plus. However, based on the quality compared to the price, I’d give it 4 out of 5. It’s a good set, but I expected a little more for the cost.

These are very well made dishes. They’re safe in the microwave as well as in the dishwasher, and I really like the black and gray color combination. They are versatile and great for a variety of dishes. For the price they’re a great deal, and I would order these again. I highly recommend them!

These look even better in person than in the description. They have a nice weight to them and feel very durable. I like the two toned glaze and that the bowls and plates have opposite color scheme. These looked like some nice higher end handmade ceramics you'd see at a craft fair. I think this is a great price for what you get. I've had these through the dishwasher and microwave without any issues. The bowls and salad plates are little bigger than the ones we had, but I like that. They arrived really well packed with spacers and no issues with chips or broken items. So far these are holding up really well and still looking brand new. These are very sturdy and really well made. I love the color. It suits our needs perfectly. I wanted to get away from cheaper plates into stoneware, and I like the style of these. They go with everything. I do wish it was slightly less shiny and more matte, but it's mostly on the underside, so it's fine.
