So beautiful!! - ***update*** These as beautiful as they are do not last! I’ve had two chip in the dishwasher where the enamel is coming off them and there are multiple surface cracks appearing on the plates. For the price I expected them to last way longer. Super disappointed .

I liked the concept, and the function of the shape, but I just feel like the execution isn't all that great quality-wise. Or perhaps they're REALLY milking that "rustic" angle, because the pooling of the black coating doesn't look so great. I don't know, maybe it's just me. I do really like them from a distance though. The lip around each plate is great too. Not only does it help you avoid chasing food around your plate, but it also allowd for an easy way to thoroughly soak in the sink after use. They get hot in the micro, but not ridiculous relative to the food, as is often the case. If they hold up over time, I may warm up to them more. Overall, I guess I would've expected them to be even less expensive. Odd they're not sold in sets of 4, as they arrived as two sets of 4 on two seperate days. ... show more

Just used these dishes. Love them!! Great size and nice heavy weight feel. Looks beautiful on my table. Would recommend to anyone in a heart beat! (See attached pics). Packaging was also nice and neat.

So far so good! Love these! Some of the paint is properly not distributed (as seen in other reviews). We had to request a credit because we waited weeks for two sets of these and there was a imperfection that will likely cause the plate to become chipped. All that said these are beautiful and such a deal!!! Love them and would recommend. I haven't noticed them getting super hot in the microwave either. Also love the high lips of the plates UPDATE: it’s worth mentioning that these are not quiet, when scraping the bowl or plate there is an unpleasant sound. Most probably wouldn’t notice but if you have that quirk you will ... show more

THESE PLATES ARE AWESOME! They look just like the pictures (the black is a little more charcoal gray than matte black but I’ll take it lol). I've held back on my review because I wanted to see how these dishes hold up. I have not been disappointed. These dishes have a good heft to them so you know they are solid. There were no major defects. I did notice a few small areas were the glaze had collected on an edge but it's minimal and only noticed because I scrutinized them. I purchased the black set. So far I have not seen any knife marks and we're use these daily. They clean up easy. Stack great. I was hesitant to order these based on a comment about deliver issues and a person not receiving the proper amount. I received these in two boxes, 1 of 2 shipments that arrived together. I am wondering if those complaining didn't have a later shipment arrived or investigate the second tracking number (I had two numbers) They are pricey, but worth it. I am considering getting a second set just in case we break any. ... show more
