I love this Stone + Lane Celina dinnerware! I'm extremely picky about everything, and this set exceeded my expectations. Each piece is the perfect size, style, and color. The plates are modern and flat, but have a small lip on the bottom that makes them easy to stack. The cereal bowls are nice and deep. Each piece is sturdy, but not overly heavy. I've used them at least twice a day for the past 2-weeks, and so far, no scratches. With the soft white color, I'm expecting scratches eventually from flatware, but so far, this dinnerware is much better then the CB2 set I've had for over 10-years. They arrived in super protective packaging, so not one piece was chipped or broken. If you love the look, but are afraid of the quality at this price, don't worry at all. I absolutely LOVED these plates; they’re sturdy, heavy (which I like personally), the color looks way better than the picture and just a plus: They dry super quick! They come well packed and the box labeled everywhere as fragile. All of them stack perfectly on top of the other. Will definitely buy another set to have 8 of each pretty soon. I purchased two sets of these dishes for wedding gifts for my son and daughter-in-love. We were all so pleased upon opening the box to see the great quality of the stoneware. Each piece has a great feel to it - the weight is balanced. The edges were smooth and the bottoms were not going to scratch your table if moved around on the surface. As my son unboxed both sets, he noticed a couple of very small spots on 2 plates (out of 2 complete sets of dishes) that the glaze had not covered, and the spots were white on matte black dishes. He contacted the company, and they handled the situation with great customer service. They sent new plates out immediately for the two that had spots - and those two arrived in perfect condition. These dishes are really a great quality product that the company stands behind. They look great on the table and could compliment any style of decorating. Highly recommend! ... show more

These have a lip around the edge that is wonderful and I did not notice when looking at pics they are heavy but easy to handle while washing because of lip. I bought these for my mom for a present and regret not getting them for myself as well.She uses them daily and they are still in amazing condition. Entire package was intact at time of delivery and no plates were cracked which is amazing because they are stone. Washes really easy, any grease falls off with a bit of soap unlike some other dishes where you have to scrub. Look beautiful even when stacked in the closet. Definitely is the finishing touch for any dish you make. Looks ten times prettier on modern dishes as such. I would just say that it does heat up pretty easily due to it being stone so proceed with a bit of caution if something is really hot (not much, but you definitely feel some heat) otherwise its great product and i look forward to buying another set. ... show more

Love these dishes. They are a perfect size and the lip is nice on the plates. I have ordered the pasta bowls and awaiting their arrival. I wish they were open stock because I would like to order more dessert and dinner plates but they are not available individually. I don’t need more mugs or bowls.
