It's a very good unit. The instal process was very straightforward, the only issues you'll have is organizing your wires behind the unit. They provide extra harnesses in case you decide to add multiple side/forward cameras as well as adding an amp & subwoofer. Their customer service is extremely reliable, they responded within a few hours over a holiday weekend. If you have the factory installed sub, there is a quick YouTube video to show what EQ settings you'll need.

I have had this unit for 8 months and it has been nothing but problems. I paid $1489.94 and $400 to have it professionally installed. It is not an easy install at all even for a professional. The phone connection quality has been terrible. I ended up having to use a headset, which jumps in and out of Bluetooth randomly. The camera screen works sometimes. Now the volume set itself to loud and won't adjust. Stay away from this thing. Amazon is giving me a refund, but I am out for the install and now removal. It gets 1 star because it looked nice.

Honestly I've only had this unit for 1 day. I did have the heigh10 for about 8 months in an older jeep and this is a much needed upgrade! Quite a few features like the wireless carplay are nice especially because of how the factory jeep radios treat the aftermarket carplay boxes draining your battery. The backup camera module being relocated is a nice addition because it allows for easier addons like a Roku or even my switch. My one complain is that this unit could come preassembled and wired up... they make these kits for specific vehicles already so i don't understand why they cant assemble them making the install much smoother. For me it was no problem to install as i like to tinker and experiment with radios and such but for someone unexperienced this would be a nightmare! Heck even charge an extra preassembly fee with most of the options not being used by most people they can significantly reduce the excess of cables that need managed. I do with they would bring back iPod functionality instead of only being able to use Bluetooth or carplay which i know is still not bad. The screen is not as sharp as the factory 7 or 8.4 but is still a nice upgrade especially coming from the 5 with single zone manual climate. Stinger also need to slow down their videos and explain certain connections and what they are for not just saying plug this here and this there and 5 seconds later moving to the next harness.

Followed the stinger video to the t. Turn on the jeep and nothing. Plug the original back in and it fired right up. Now I have a $1500 paper weight. I'll never buy stinger garbage again

Install was easy, I wish the instructions showed you exactly how to install 100%. There were some things that needed more explaining for wiring install but overall works great.

Great quality, the entire kit is plug and play, all of the modules and harnesses are great quality, the screen resolution is like an HD TV. The operating system is smooth and the touch screen is smooth. The trim kit makes it look OEM. It also woke my aftermarket system up and I still retained all of the factory features. There is also a feature to turn off the auto start stop so you don’t have to buy the delete for it. The rear camera has a wider view and is HD. Blows the 8.4 Uconnect out of the water. Plus there is wireless CarPlay. Hop in, start jeep and boom, my apple carplay is there. No more wires. Worth the money.

Nice screen. Easy install. Great hardware integrated OEM controls without a fuss. Wish this was open android software that allowed app installs like the cartrimhome units do. The iGo nav was a bust. I purchased the iGo nav sd card and after installing it and opening the nav it says file missing.

After installing the horizon, 12, my reverse guidelines, no longer work. I was told to replace the backup camera with a non-static camera, which did not work. You would expect what I spent on this. Everything should work. Was told to return for a new unit this would require me to pay the installer to remove and to pay to install the new unit.
