I like the shorter length and no ventilation. Most gloves I see have ventilation at the palm and that's where I get stung. I wear a bee jacket so these are great for me. Most gloves go up to my elbows and get in the way.

Cool gloves, but order a size up. I wear an 9.5 glove or Large, I ordered Large and they were hard to get on and the fingers so tight you couldn’t grip things. Otherwise, they seem to be very well built. And they make you look like an astronaut, so there’s that.

I ordered these after having an anaphylactic reaction to bee sting. They are a great no-sting glove. I would however choose a lighter-weight glove if I were less worried about being stung, because they are a little clumsy. Based on the sizing chart, I ordered a size Medium. I couldn't keep them on! I passed them on to my large-handed male partner and downsized to a Small. The Small pair still felt a little too clumsy, so I finally went to an Xsmall, and they work much better for me.

The media could not be loaded. The top layer of glove ripped as I was taking it out of box. I have an aggressive hive, so I purchased the heavy duty gloves. You can see in pictures what it looks like. This company has always been great in the past. Will purchase from them again. But not this item. The sleeve of the glove is not insulated at all. Thin canvas, not sting proof. You would have to have your sleeve of your bee suit coming to the end of your wrist. Or risk getting stung.
