Love this eyeliner. It is very soft, to the point that you can’t really twist it out, it will brake. So my tip is, to out just a tiny tip and using corner of it carefully draw with it. Took me time to get used to it, but it worth it, because it is the only liner that stays all day without smudging. Especially if I use mascara i can go all day without even fixing my eye make up. This goes on smoothly and stays put for a while, but will smudge/run eventually by the end of the day. I wouldn't call it smudge-proof, and it would be better if it came with a sharpener. But overall, I will order it again.

I tried sooo many eyeliners! They all smudge under my eyes or flake off under my eyes. This is the BEST liner I have EVER used. I can wear eye liner again! It is smooth, beautiful, NEVER smudges and washes of with plain soap and water.
