Recently broke my wrist and needed surgery to insert a plate and screws. This heated glove has been really helpful to use when I wake in the mornings and just before I do my PT wrist exercises. The heat seems to help loosen it up. It is easy to use. Would have given it 5 stars except for these two things: 1) wish the heat was more evenly distributed, 2) wish there was a heat setting between medium and high. I start on high heat which is a little too hot, and then have to move it down to medium which is a little too cool. After about 5 minutes I switch back up to high, etc. That said, I would still recommend this item to other folks with fractured wrists.

I got this for my tendinitis in my wrists. It is very comfortable on either wrist and still allows motion of my hands. The heat makes a difference for me and relieves some of my pain.

I have been using this 2-3 times a day for 30-40 minutes. It is very effective in reducing the pain. I start on medium for 15 minutes and then switch to low. I don't believe it's doing anything to address the underlying condition, which has not yet been diagnosed. I suspect Carpal Tunnel or something like that.
