Never have I ever bought a Laptop worth $250.00. Usually I just get the cheap Chromebooks because I am a cheap shopper. But in this case I am going to be teaching homeschool for my children and I knew a cheap Chromebook just want going to be what I needed for the job. So, I bought the laptop. Upon arrival I saw some holes on the front side of the laptop box, I was really concerned at first. But upon opening the box it was so protected in the box that I automatically put my guard back down. It came with everything as promised. At first I thought it only came with a 5 day trial for Microsoft 365 but later on I found that not to be true once I had everything connected and set up properly. There was a notification that popped up saying to set up the Microsoft 365 included with the PC. SO, I cancelled my free trial of the family plan Microsoft 365 right away for $99.99 right away. It is working really great and I love the white color. I haven't yet figured out why my mouse hasn't connected properly yet it may be due to my AAA batteries or my weak Internet connection or a combination of both. Lol I don't know but it is not a deal breaker. It's just when I need to copy and then go to paste the paste can be difficult to do at times. It would be easier with a right click of the mouse for pasting. But I am sure I will figure it out not worried about it. I love it, I think it is just what I needed and it will definitely serve it's purpose for homeschooling with ease. Thanks!! ... show more

Very limited, basic laptop. Easier to set up then I thought, but I really don’t like Windows 11. There hasn’t been a better operating system since Windows XP. A challenge to migrant my personal info from my storage backup to this one. Win 11 will fight you. Very difficult to unlatch the top, the bus is required, very hard to connect a mouse with dongle. It actually operates through Bluetooth! But you need the dongle also. The mouse is chintzy. Keyboard has a decent touch and speed but overall, it’s an insult to label this a student laptop. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. It is a bit laggy but I did few tweaks to it like updates and it works fine now. Perfect for school and media use. It’s a good laptop for the price and everything extra that came with it, would recommend.
