Excellent push-up bra inserts. The size is true to size; I'm a 34C and bought size C of these inserts, and they fit perfectly. The material feels like a soft sponge on both sides and has a little adhesive that doesn't irritate the skin when removed. They give an incredible push-up effect and are very comfortable to wear. I also liked that they come in a nice semi-transparent case. I recommend these inserts; they are comfortable and easy to put in and take out.

I am really impressed with these Sticky Push Up Bra Inserts! I was a little unsure at first, but after using them for a few weeks, I can honestly say they make a huge difference in how my tops and dresses fit. Very sticky which is what you want in a strapless bra! definitely diffrent then your normal sticky push up bra both sides are sticky so the out side can stick to your clothing which i appreciate especially in low cut shirts. Good support for smaller chested B cup. I however dont really like the feel after peeling them off but at least you know they will stay in place! Washability is easy just use hand soap and water let air dry and place back in pouches.
