    • Nice PC
Set name: I7/RX 5700

    • When it worked the computer was great. (Nightmare review)
Set name: I7/RX 590
I got this computer and it almost immediately busted—I don’t know why it happened but I wasn’t interested in fixing the solution myself. I called the customer service and never got a response. The computer was awesome for my needs when I first got it. I strictly downloaded steam and other games from reputable sources. In the first 9 days the computer shut off randomly—I figured it was just a reset. I turned the computer back on and everything was fine. Then a week later the computer shut off again… mid-game. I went to turn it back on and a red light flashed and the computer couldn’t maintain power for more than a second. Not posting this to find solutions or anything since I returned the product. If you’re a computer wiz I’m sure you could fix it. Personally I would rather just get a working product and more responsive support team. I’ve heard they have good support which is one of the reasons I took the risk of buying the product. But once it busted and I couldn’t contact them; I didn’t want to miss my return deadline. Update: Scheduled for Amazon to pick up the package. Apparently UPS is in charge of picking up the return package. But they won’t call, text, or message you in any way. My return deadline was on the last day and UPS still hadn’t messaged me. I went to drop it off myself and they can’t print the label from the last return. I had to call Amazon who were very helpful initially switching my return process to me dropping off the computer. I had them print the labels after 45 minutes of pacing around a UPS store. I was told the package would arrive within the week. I used the support messaging app two weeks later and they knew nothing. Then about 3 weeks later my credit took a hit from the purchase holding up my max balance. I should’ve paid the balance but it felt stupid paying for something I never received in working condition. By the third week the Amazon app still said it never delivered even though I showed them the tracking number and everything. Update: I am writing from a month after the three weeks 08/24/24 and the Amazon return system is appearing like they never received the package…. Oh and I’m still forced to pay the charge even after reporting to my cc company about it. ... show more

    • Great for beginners
Set name: I7/RX 5700
I think this is one of the best pc’s for beginners wilt not a lot of money to spend on a pc. Once again great for beginners. I wouldn’t recommend it for long term use because every other year something better comes out. So keep it for 2-3 years and replace it with something new

    • pc sucks
Set name: I7/RX 5700
started fine worked amazing for about a month and a half then decided to turn of on me one day and now will not get past the startup screen and the company is impossible to get in contact with for actual answers they will email you troubleshooting solutions but none work then when you call you will sit on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone then the robo will answer and say that everyone is busy and to email them and will hang up. was a good pc while it lasted now i’m stuck with a junk box till someone reaches me back. i would steer clear of this pc and get a good real one so u dont have to deal with this company ... show more

    • Works great except it doesn't have wifi access
Set name: I7/RX 5700
We bought this for our special needs child, sonhe could play his favorite games and do homework upstairs in his bedroom. This machine works great. I would absolutely give it 5 stars except for 2 issues. Another fun factoid is that the mother board we have has Dell software and branding in the Operating software. As if the motherboard was pulled from a different computer to build this one. Or is it this company uses Dell system parts and doesnt advertise as such? 1. The hardware package does not make it windows 11 compatible... Something that baffles me from purchasing a PC in 2023. And the compatibly software from windows directly points out it is due to the processor. Everything else passes the checkdown process for the free upgrade. So my son is stuck using Win10... which will limit his use of future games he loves and adores. 2. And possibly more important than the windows 11 issues. This machine DOES NOT HAVE A BUILT IN WIFI capability. It only has a built in ethernet plug with the factory plugs. Even worse... I purchased a wifi NIC card which cannot be installed due to how small and how big the graphics card is. The only PCIe slot is underneath the graphics card and there is not enough room to expand. So i had to return the wifi NIC card, and purchase a more expensive wifi home extender that has a built in ethernet RJ45 connector jack so my son can connect to the internet. At the end if this all, it is a decent started gaming PC for the money and value. I just wish the description matched what we got in the box, and I didn't have to jump through so many hoops to get my son connected to our gigabit internet. I won't be buying another PC from this company but the one we have is working thus far swimmingly. ... show more

Worth every penny I bought this for my 14 year old son for Christmas. He wanted one so bad, I have already installed it and gave it a performance run. Well I must say it has exceeded my expectations. If you don't have alot of money to start up a good pc this is a good place to start and they give you enough space for upgrades.. after your warranty runs out... 10 stars I say... ... show more

    • Good starter, not for big gamers

It’s a great starter PC, but you can’t even download League of Legends of Valorant because of the TPM, the model is just under the needed requirements so highly recommend just investing the couple extra hundred to get a more currently up-to-date PC that can process more common games. Great compatibility with Bluetooth devices and runs very smoothly. I have had no crashes so far and I’ve had it for just under a year. You can adjust the light colors. I love that it comes with a keyboard, a mouse pad and a mouse that also changed colors. I ordered the fee find Bluetooth speakers so that way I could have things play out loud as the headphones that come with the PC are not very good mic wise. ... show more
