Not even two months and less than 10 hours of usage and the PC is locked on the Bios screen and I can't even use it also the customer service is horrible. All they do is send you different YouTube clips that do not help at all. And they can't seem to understand that I have no access to the internet through my PC but keep telling me to go to the internet bar and do this or that but the PC won't leave the Bios screen. ... show more
