Ok so, I have been using this computer for over a year now almost 2, it has been a great computer, I stream daily for 5 hours a day every day and it has held up on what I expected, everything works perfect, except the only issue I have had is the USB ports some of them don't work. They did at first, but 3 months in they stopped working, but work intermittently now. sometimes I have to, reboot the computer because it doesnt go past the splash screen at start up. But other than that, it is one of the best computers and well worth it if you are on a budget. I honestly really do love this computer. It's a great starter. I recommend it.

I had problems right from the start with this PC. Contacted tech support and I almost returned then. But decided to reset the PC and it fixed the issue. Fast forward, 3 weeks after the return timeframe ended, the PC started freezing on Word documents. Contacted tech support again, this time they were willing to take it under warranty but I had to provide shipping costs TO CANADA for a PC that had known problems. I refused to pay. It would have cost me over $80 to get it to them. Plus I had just lost my job and could not afford it. The company was so rude and unhelpful when talking to them. If it had only been about the shipping, I probably would have understood. But this company went above and beyond to make things more difficult. Correspondence was through Amazon messenging and not through phone call. When I requested to call on the phone, I was not provided with phone number. Their parent company is SKYTECH. THey did not just lose a customer for STGAAubron, but for their parent company as well. I refuse to give another dollar to this company. It has been several months since this happened, and I am still mad at how I was treated.

i bought the gtx 1660 Ti and it’s honestly really good, i’ve been running almost every game on high graphics and it runs smoothly but the only thing i didn’t like was the wifi adapter it’s kinda slow so i would recommend to buy a good one but overall it’s a great gaming of for the price!

Worth every penny! My daughter can play anything at really good fps. I think it's the best you will get without breaking $1k The compatibility and speed are really good. The only thing is the keyboard turns on sometimes by itself. I'm not sure what that is about, but it doesn't affect the power this tower has!

Computer came nicely packed, double boxed. I carefully unpacked it and read all the direction, and watched the video before setting it up. I have been running Subnautica on it for a few days with no issues. I am having an issue with the Sound bar, it can run off battery power, for a day, I charged it using the cord and when I tried to remove the cord it snapped.I contacted Amazon and they said my only option is to return the whole computer. I already spent a day setting it up and loading my games on it. So I guess I will have to try to buy a replacement cord. Fair warning, connecting cords may be made of softer metal than you are used to. I would also note that while the pretty lights on everything, including a mouse pad are fun, for about 5 minutes, I would have liked to save a few dollars and gone without. I keep the pc in my bedroom and still can't figure out how to turn all the lights off so I can sleep. Of the extras I probably would not have purchased if they did not come with the computer, headphones-love them, sound bar-extra piece of equipment and the cord broke-so no, light up mousepad-definately not-uses extra usb slot and there are not that many on the machine.

5/16/24 THE SCREEN ADAPTOR ON THE PC IS GOING OUT NOW, I CHECK THE MONITOR WITH AN XBOX ITS FINE, I USED MULTIPLE HDMI VORDS, THEY ARE FINE. THE PC IS LITERALLY DIEING. WTF. IM PISSED 5/15/24 SAME DAY UPDATE! THE POWER BOX OR WHATEVER THE CORD PLUGS INTO THE COMPUTER IS NOW FAILING. UPDATE:LED LIGHTS ARE NO LONGER WORKING EITHER. THEY BUILT A PIECE OF TRASH PC THAT DONT EVEN LAST A YEAR. I SWEAR. DO JOT BUY. YOU WILL WASTE MONEY. UPDATE: I NOW HAVE TO REPLACE MOTHERBOARD AND THE I7 IS NOT ACTUALLY I7, ITS I5. SO SAYS THE COMPUTER CHECK FOR AN ONLINE JOB. ARISE.COM ,ive been with this job before and i was trying to go back to it, job requires i7 or better. The computer check stated it was an i5 and that its not compatible. Yes this pc is very accurate and even a computer tech says its i5. So it was double checked. First the computer wouldn't read my internet properly so had to download some sort of wifi connect, then in-between a few more problems I had to go to support for, now I have a recurring reboot mood screen coming on everything it starts up, have to fix that everyday, have to reconnect the Ethernet cable everyday because it doesn't want to read it/hold it, will not load up games as well as it used too(not an internet issue, it's the processor) and now when ever I do a work test (work from online) it reads off as an Intel i6, not i7.
