Computer performance is good. Does not come with documentation or software to assist in transferring files from old PC. However, Microsoft One Drive will make your files available. You will need to manually reinstall any added software. Product support response was quick.

Computer sucks, it doesn't run the games it claims it will. And it will not update the driver for the keyboard. So my son has to use the monitors keyboard. Do Not Buy these computers, they're worthless and I would give 0 stars if I could!
