This thing is a beast right out of the box easy fast setup playing games in the highest setting in less than an hour from unboxing. i was playing games pc exclusive games like bodycam, house party, sons of the forest, gta 5m RP servers with all on the ultra/highest graphic settings with out a stutter or hiccup. There is a total of 9 fans keeping this thing cool is no problem and it’s super quiet no spaceship or vacuum sounds lol. You have to get the amd 5700 version those other 2 models they offer with smaller graphics cards for cheaper are junk. Came with a really LOUD Bluetooth sound bar could be used for the living room it’s so loud, came with wired mouse and keyboard that are okay but I already had a wireless mouse n keyboard, came with the rgb mouse pad which pretty nice, overall definitely worth the money, I also play on my Xbox series x and this pc makes the Xbox games look like from PlayStation 2 in comparison ... show more

    • Don't waste your money

I've had this PC for 5 months now. The physical setup was easy. Packaging was great. But it took 2 days of fighting with it to get the sound to work at all. I got that working and all seemed well, aside from the wi-fi issues that seem to be common here. Fast forward to today. I go to turn on the PC, and it's just dead. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps for a PC that won't turn on and nothing. Oh, there is a blue light indicating that the power supply does indeed have power, but the rest of it? Completely dead. And i haven't moved it since i set it up. I'm not thrilled. All the small issues could be dealt with and ignored. This? This is a genuine problem. ETA: customer service is a couple of copy and paste messages and they give you a phone number that only goes to a sketchy voicemail. ... show more

I've built computers for nearly 30 years now. The process has really gotten much easier than the days of setting jumpers on HDDs and other things. Unfortunately, the cost of graphics cards had gotten too high and I didn't need that much power. I wanted a simple but powerful enough computer to play a few games and watch media with. I researched GPUs and landed on the 5700. Then the search for prebuilts with this card began. I chose this after reading reviews and a little research and now that it's in my hands I'm very happy with it, for the most part. The unit is built very well, the case even used real glass which was a pleasant surprise. I've ordered some upgrades for it, which will only make it better. More ram on a better motherboard with a larger nvme ssd. This should hold up for years to come. ... show more

My kids have been playing non stop since Christmas on this computer. It's super fast and is a great starter gaming PC. We have had a few boot up issues where it gets stuck on the boot screen and never does anything until it's turned off and back on. Also we had to get a new mouse because the mouse that comes with it is not a actual gaming mouse with side buttons. Those two issues brought the review from 5 star to 4 star. Honestly not a bad rig at all, just swap out the motherboard at some point if you want to play Battlefield 6 or Black Ops 7. Does not have Secure Boot. And recently I believe my graphics card just died on me. I bought it almost a year ago and it was running strong and now it has zero video output. It’s easy enough to set up, it can play a good bit of games, and it has okay speed, but honestly I’d just use it as a base to upgrade from if I was you. ... show more
