I wish I can give them 0 stars. Worse computer ever, and the customer support the worst is have ever encountered. It is sad that the easiest way for customer service to take care of your problem is to tell you to ask for a refund. This computer started to shutdown without a reason. I was just setting things up for my daughter and the computer screen went dark and did not respond, we had to force a reset as nothing worked. Tried to troubleshoot the issue and i couldn't fix it. First day I bought the pc I plugged it in and it kept turning on and off like it didn't have enough wattage. Eventually got it to start working for a few months. Had to unplug it again and the same issue was fun while it lasted .
