Bought this tower to replace my antiquated Alienware 17 R4; it's a huge upgrade in every way, especially the size of the hard drive (1 whole terabyte... luxury). Set-up was a breeze; tower was well packed and secure on arrival. Windows set up was simple. The tower itself is sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. It runs games like Hogwarts Legacy, Sims 4, and Palia on the highest graphics settings with no issue. But there are still a couple problems. The sole HDMI port on this tower is functionally useless, as the casing sits DIRECTLY above the port- see photo. Even the slimmest connector will not seat straight into this thing. What's more, I can't find a way to get this tower to recognize my Dell docking station. It uses a USB type 2B to USB 2. It worked fine on my old laptop and with my current work laptop, but none of the USB ports on this tower will recognize it. This tower does not have a USB C or Thunderbolt port. I'm exchanging emails with Customer Service now; will update when a resolution is reached. ... show more
