System arrived well packaged and on time. Son is very pleased with the performance from a gaming perspective as he mainly plays Minecraft with multiple shaders/mods and FortNite. Beefed it up a bit with adding an additional 16GB RAM, a 500 GB NVMe SSD for his video editing and another 1TB SSD SATA for game installs/storage. I’m sure he’ll want to make additional upgrades to the system as time goes on, but this is a great start. At first this pc was GREAT. So excited for a reasonably priced upgrade to my old gaming pc and stream setup. It ran smooth. About a month in I had my first random Blue screen of death, came out of that with no problems for a while so I was like ok freak thing.. it's now 4 and a half months in and it BSOD like every day. And multiple times a day. All with different codes. I have gone through EVERY possible fix for each code including facory resets, chkdsk, scannow, and a every other command prompt available, every hardware test and stress test available, also made sure each driver is updated manually, and even changed out to new ram. It has been brought down to faulty hardware. My hard drive or PSU are dying or else the ram on my gpu is faulting. And a 4 and a half month old pc SHOULDNT be having these issues. ... show more

Bought last week and been gaming on it since Friday feb 7th 2025.. 1 day later on feb 8th (Saturday) my games kept crashing constantly even after I turned them down to 60 fps.. mind you this has the i9 processor and 6700 gpu.. shouldn’t be black screen on rocket league.. the second picture that I added was after on Sunday Feb 10th 2025 exactly two days after I opened the box and started playing I bought a rtx 4060 to see if it was the gpu.. I’m not engineer but I’m 99 percent sure those fins are not supposed to be bent, after I installed the new gpu the computer runs 10x better with no issues.. I would give it a 5 star if they can refund me some because I think it’s bogus.. but I will be keeping this pc for a long time so I’m 4/5 stars happy with it.. ... show more
