  • Good PC for price
Got it for my son, works great! Runs games I didn’t think it would! -4/1/25 Update- Had a software issue occur, wouldn’t allow log in for users. Did everything to fix it, contacted seller and they offered to replace it right away! Not the machines fault for software issue, that’s more of a windows problem. We will see how this does. Again, not a machine problem, more of a windows problem. ... show more

  • Reliable pre-built that can play most games at a decent quality (with a few caveats)
Style: I7/GTX 1660Ti
I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year. ... show more

  • Trash, died on first day
Bought this to replace my 15 year old computer I built myself and upgraded over the years. It was time to upgrade from obsolete technology. I bought it for the graphics card more than anything else. Unboxed it, fired it up, worked great for one day. Shut it down for the nigh went to bed and woke up the next morning to find the graphics card wont power on and I have a dead box with on working DVI port on the MOBO. I am highly disappointed. I followed the links that came with the computer for troubleshooting. All of them were down. The tech support numbers , nobody answers. Zero support from this company. I give them a rating of zero for this reason alone. I also give Amazon a poor rating as well for carrying unsupported trash. You people need to make this right. I cant just throw away close to $500 on a lemon. Clearly I would have been better off building one from scratch by myself again. Your reputations are suffering. ... show more

  • Just get it
I bought this PC for my girlfriend so she could play pc games with me and I'm glad this was the choice I made. I'll go through the main things I like about it so far. The cable management inside the case is neat and well done. The case has plenty of openings for air flow and is made of good materials that won't break on a drop. The computer runs games like Once Human and The Finals on medium settings and gets over 60 frames. The PC is quiet even when stressing it out. Has plenty of room inside the case for upgrades. Things I don't really like. All of the peripherals it came with are dollar tree quality, but I already had better stuff so I'm not too worried about. Keyboard and mouse are the weight of a single lego brick and made entirely of very light plastic. The sound bar is probably the best cut of that pie, but still not good. The mousemat is extremely small. They all light up though! I don't really like that Bluetooth and WiFi are both USB adapted, but hey, I'm really glad they included it instead of making you buy your own adapters. They connect well. Now, the RGB for all these things is what you'd expect in something cheap like this, it's no govee or razer chroma, but it's bright and that's what matters to me. All in all for the components, quality of build, and price. This is a must buy if you're looking for a gaming PC with a tight budget. It comes with literally everything you need except a monitor. This is a steal ... show more

  • A Damn Good PC But Be Wary!
I've had this PC for a good month and an half now and it's been working perfectly fine, sure some people complain about the mouse, keyboard, and soundbar but to be honest you can just replace those in your own time, it's what I did. Now, the issues I have come across is that some games you might need to buff down the quality because it will crash if you run those graphics high, same thing if you run too many mods for a game or an overhaul mod. Another issue is obviously the wifi adapter, but for me, it ain't too bad. Finally, this is probably just me, but I have been having weird times where the PC will sometimes turn on when it's off or start shutting down when I need it on, although this most likely because I forget to dust off the dust on the inside. Overall though, the PC is very good for it's price and you can just replace the mouse, keyboard if you don't like them and you can just upgrade the parts of PC as well, just make sure their compatible with each other. ... show more
