I bought this PC to replace a 14 year old desktop that I upgraded as much as I could and with windows 10 going obsolete I figured, why not get a new one. I only play EverQuest and knew this new PC is overkill but for the price which was on sale for $419 it was almost half the price of the 12 year old PC I replaced. I bought this for my son’s birthday. Once we got it up & running, there was vertical lines all over the screen. At first I thought it was the monitor so I hooked the monitor up to my own computer everything was ok. After troubleshooting the AMD graphics card I had a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. So I updated the version- nothing changed. Uninstalled/reinstalled- still the same. Then I started getting this blue screen so I packed it up & sent it back. My son was really disappointed but I reordered another one with an Intel graphics card. That worked fine, no issue. ... show more

Product has a nice design. Lights were not easily adjustable via remote or console, so ended up just shutting them off. The function of the machine seemed to be okay, however the operating system was poorly installed to say the least. Windows was missing key functions like sleep mode and due to the firmware (BIOS) was unable to rectify issue. Certain Windows registries were missing as well as receiving error messages stating certain functions could only be fixed by 'IT Adminstration', which shouldn't be relevant on a personal computer. Windows was missing Microsoft's Defender System Guard, power troubleshooter, Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PlatformAoAcOverride, and 2 other registries. I do not trust a computer that does not have all of the operating system's components. I reached out to STGSYS but they do not answer the phones and emails were and/or are slow with little to no help in resolution. I decided it was best to return the system for a refund. ... show more
