Graphics card stopped working after one month; wifi was weak and required a booster where other devices including a Switch and an XBox had no issues; also needed a Windows repair procedure done. While the initial reviews showed a promising level it has dropped by a full star since purchase. I wouldn't recommend this brand in any way, shape, or form going forward. Contacted customer service and they tried to drag the process out beyond the Amazon return window and seem to be continuing to drag their feet during the ongoing return process; my refund was originally scheduled for today and has conveniently been delayed by another 10 days.     • Good Performance, Frustrating Setup
It delivers solid performance for gaming and multitasking. The RX 5600 XT, 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD run smoothly, and the RGB design is a nice touch. However, I encountered two issues during setup: a dead CMOS battery (causing the PC to not power on until replaced) and WiFi connectivity problems. The PC wouldn’t connect to WiFi or even recognize a direct Ethernet connection at first. After hours of troubleshooting, I finally got the WiFi working.
