I also say do not buy this because soon you will come to realize that it's not even good for gaming, if you plan on buying this you will have better luck with a Lenovo, Rell, hp and other good laptops, this pc is literally worse than a laptop. You will soon also come to realize you need to download things for your pc to even work remotely well. So, to save you all the trouble. I recently bought a prebuilt gaming system, and overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone who wants to skip the hassle of building from scratch. The setup was simple—plug and play right out of the box. It runs most AAA games smoothly on high to ultra settings, and the FPS is consistent. That said, while the performance is great, there are a few downsides. The cable management inside could be neater, and the fans can get a little loud during intense gameplay. Also, some of the components (like the PSU or motherboard) aren’t name-brand, which might matter if you’re thinking about future upgrades. If you’re looking for convenience and decent power without diving into PC parts yourself, this is a great option. Can’t even conduct a simple Google search without crashing, freezing stuttering, etc. a waste of time energy and finances! A simple google search can’t even be conducted without maximum problems!     • Wish I Had Done Something Different
It's OK, but that's all, and that's not really what I want for a fresh-out-of-the-box PC. I can't get it to run two screens, and there are ports on the back that have "DO NOT USE!" stickers over the top of them, which is really kind of insane for a new PC. The bundled monitor sometimes comes to life with the computer, sometimes it doesn't, and that's frustrating. The wireless connectivity is from a USB dongle, which uses up a port, and I ended up using my son's previous keyboard and mouse because the ones that came with felt flimsy. It will run Fortnight. The wireless connection has been mostly OK. Like the different LED colors available, and the little remote that you can use with them. Still, this feels like a desktop with a two year lifespan and not much more. ... show more

I bought it as a surprise Christmas gift . I’m glad I have tried it before I present it to them. It’s not working SSD installed is not functioning properly and keep shutting down. Call customer service and never got response. After return period you will be done
