I got my computer in and two days later the PC is starting to completely skip frames and stutter in games and in the windows screen. It must be a defective GPU. I started to get the blue screen within 48 hours I will be returning.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. In my opinion it is great value for performance and the build looks great. A few things to note: • I had to reseat the ram upon delivery. • I had to replace the SSD after the disk kept spiking to 100% and freezing the computer. They use a cheap SSD called Kingfast that is prone to a lot of failure. With a new Samsung SSD I am very happy with the performance. • The screen connected to the case is a very cool touch, however the viewing angles are awful and look really washed out if you're not looking at it straight on. The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s been great. There are a few criticisms, but overall I think it’s a good build for the price. 1. The USB WiFi adapter is pretty bad. I would get another, especially if you’re a little far from your router. It works, but I get latency spikes in my games ( I am also in a concrete basement that affects it). 2. It was quite a pain to set up. The box and packaging was good but man did I have some issues. I got the PC to the set up, went to restart it, it turned off mid restart and wouldn’t turn on. Took me two hours, an absolutely useless call to Amazon Support, and YouTube and it was just the Power SW plug was loose. If yours comes loose, it is a pain to figure out how stuff goes back since it’s a custom motherboard, so take pictures before unplugging stuff. 3. The RAM wasn’t fully seated, but easy fix. 4. The power supply plug seems a little loose, but easy fix. ALSO, the I-7 is UP to 5.0hz. You probably won’t get that. I got 3.6hz, which is fine for me. I did buy the 2 year warranty just in case. Overall , it’s a significant upgrade from my last PC. I’m getting 150+ FPS on heavy duty games, it boots quickly, and seems overall pretty sturdy. Also, the front display is cool.     • Came with a faulty drive
I’ve been using this pc since end of December and what a bummer… I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong and why disk would randomly have 100% usage even with no programs running. takes hours to download small 18 gb games when my gaming laptop downloads them in minutes because of the disk drive . Turns out it’s a faulty disk. I’ve only had this computer 3 months ish so that’s really lame. ... show more

Bought it and instantly saw the box had some dents in it, I then went to setup my new pc and while setting it up i noticed i couldn’t connect to the network… After a long time of me trying every solution possible i ran a troubleshoot where it told me the network wires were not plugged in or something like that making it not work… I purchased this item to come within a few days and had to wait extra time for a item that is broken i’m very frustrated ... show more

I find this pc to be pretty good honestly. It runs really well and I have had no issues with it so far. The only annoying thing about it is the screen on the pc case itself. That does get annoying when I bring up a game and it sometimes pops up on that screen instead of the monitor. But that’s with certain games. Other games pop up on my monitor. So a very good pc and I’m happy to have it. Other issue I have is the packing box it comes in says gaming pc on the outside. Make sure someone is home to bring it in when it gets delivered. ... show more
