Worked well for about 24 hours then the video card died. The mouse arrived with its housing cracked in half, down the middle where the scroll wheel is. I just decided to keep using my old mouse instead. After 24 hours if use, in the middle of gaming I got a blue screen... Restarted. Immediately displayed 2 vertical static bars 1 of the left and one on the right of the screen. I could still kind of use the computer if you guess what's behind the static bars on the screen. Device manager said the video card and RAM bus had failed. Tried updating the drivers, restart, no change. Uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, restart, no change. Tried contacting the company, on hold forever then forwarded to an automated message that said to email them. This happened 4 times so I just decided to return it to Amazon. Initiated a return and an odd message about not getting a full refund popped up depending on the condition of the product upon return inspection... 24 hours of use, damaged mouse on delivery, dead video card/RAM bus... Buyer BEWARE! Will update when the refund posts but this feels shady. ... show more

it’s a good pc if your budgeting, it runs good haven’t had any problems so far, i personally like it but their are certain games that will give you problems, things majorly big or advanced you will need to turn down settings to be able to run it at a solid fps. i would personally get this with plans of upgrade in the future. i love it though ... show more

    • it kept glitching while missing a part
When I received it, it only had 3 screws to the glass case and when I tried to use it, it would glitch constantly, but overall, it was a cool design for the fans and lights

Only had it for 2 months but it was easy to set up It took about 15 mins the graphics’s are good and it’s pretty fast so far so good.

This item stay far far away. I didn't have this computer 24 hours downloaded Steam and played ATS and went to bed got up the next morning ate breakfast went to turn the computer on and it would not work. Amzon was no help for almost a 5 days till I got someone on the phone that would listen. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS MODEL ... show more

9 MONTHS AFTER RX 580 PURCHASE it came in good condition, very easy to set up. It is NOT an RX580 and instead a crappier cheaper version of RX580 2042SP. READ THIS FOR GAMER REVIEW: Fortnite : If optimized well enough, 90FPS in battle royal Valorant : Max graphics 144+ FPS Minecraft : 200FPS+ COD : Iffy but plus 60-75 FPS Overall for the price it’s alright for starters ... show more
