I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. bought this same one in jan 24 2025 it said windows 10 ok no biggy rite but nope big problem the computer has no tpm 2.0 and can not be updated to windows 11 at all i called customer support and they told me to usb update it but i cant with out the tpm and i cant find out anything on the motherboard not worth the 600 i spent on it i really want a refund or they need to give me a updated mother board so now i have a paper weight on my hands dont have the extra money to buy a new mother board ty stgaubron for selling me a none updateable gaming pc ... show more

Bought this about 2 years ago and the PC works as needed and is still going on strong. However the keyboard, mouse and soundbar are not the best options but good enough to get the PC started. It'll maintain most games as well as you need it to be.

    • Low Storage, Deteriorates Overtime.

i got this about a year and a half ago - it’s good for the price however the storage on it is very low, about 900GB - not even a full TB. Overtime it seems to get slower or crash more often, sometimes for absolutely no reason, for example, I can start up this pc and not run any applications and step away from it and it crashes. It’s not often but it still doesn’t make sense to me considering I wasn’t even doing anything on it and had nothing running. Noise level is high, it is very noisy. It cannot run windows 11 - only windows 10, in which case windows 10’s technical support and security updates end next month (October 14 2025) and I cannot run certain apps or programs without windows 11. Overall, it is of good value for the cheap price considering when I first got it, it ran almost as good as my old prebuilt pc with a 3060 Ti, but there have been many issues. (the reason i don't have my old pc is because my sister needed a way to do schoolwork so i let her have it and bought this one). This PC deteriorates very quickly, my advice to anyone considering buying this product is to save a couple hundred more and invest in a pc a little better - it will be better worth your investment and money in the long run. ... show more
