I just got this delivered yesterday and it looks good. The packaging was "played" very safe. The lighting and all that look fantastic. The quality and performance are up to date. It runs modern games well. The weak intel processor is not that bad than I thought it was going to be. The RX 5600 XT GPU built into the PC is a really good graphics card. The connection is a little weak but so far, no random disconnections from day 2. Wired gaming headsets will not work in the PC. (I do not know if that is true or if it's my headset but would recommend buying a wireless bluetooth. The mouse that came with it was very cheap but, the keyboard was perfect so, I would recommend having a mouse ready to go before buying. This product is recommended. This PC is so much better than expected. It runs very smooth, not too loud, doesn't lag, great connection, and not slow. I wasn't expecting a lot from This PC, but it has exceeded expectations. I have only had it for two months, so I'm not sure how it will perform long term, but so far, it's amazing and runs my games nicely. For reference, I often play overwatch, apex legends, started valley, valorant, risk of rain, etc. The LED feature is also so nice, although the pink option is more purple. ... show more

So I purchased this computer for my daughter’s birthday along with all the other things you’d need for a computer set up. Get it all set up for her and get the computer turned on, computer can’t connect to Wi-Fi and only has Ethernet capabilities. Well that’s no good as it clearly says the computer should work with Wi-Fi, eventually figure out the only way to solve this issue is to go and buy a Wi-Fi extender and then run a Ethernet cable from the extender. Okay, annoying and shouldn’t need to be done but okay I’ll live daughter is happy. Day 2 of having the computer, daughter wants to play a game with me and use voice chat, we start playing and I can’t hear her but she can hear me. Check the game settings and make sure it has her headset active and it does. Test the microphone and nothing. So you’re telling me, this computer not only won’t work with Wi-Fi but also won’t work with a microphone, even though it says it is supposed to? If that’s not false advertising… ... show more
