  • Great Gaming PC
I've had this PC for about 2 weeks now and haven't had a problem out of it. The only thing I've had happen so far is the RGB lights will randomly change color and the remote is nowhere close to it. Other than that it was a very easy setup and preforms very well.

  • PC doesn’t last past 6 months
This was great at first, worked really great for the first two weeks but after that one of the fans stopped working. After about 6 months the PC completely crashed and failed (Along with the mouse). It couldn’t even be fixed. As others have said as well, you can’t have windows without some form of piracy and that also causes a ton of problems. Just do your self a favor and don’t waste your money on this. ... show more

  • It's okay (Edited Review)
Edit 2: It's okay. 🟡 2 of my fans have stopped spinning •I don't have the time to see what has caused that but I'm sure it's fine, may have been wires knocked out of place 🟢/🟡 I have got the rest of the usb ports in the back to work which helps a lot with how many things I need plugged in •the headphone jack has a slight low buzz depending on what headphones/earbuds you plug in 🟢 it ran gta5 pretty well, I haven't played many other games still, but I assume if it can run gta5 for hours with little to no adjustments in settings then it should be fine; that's up to you to decide 🟡 sometimes the usb ports stop working for a moment on both sides, like a reset 🟠 I'm still concerned about security. I personally won't trust 3rd party services, ever; nord VPN was too slow with a usb wifi adapter That's all Edit: I had finally fixed my pc since it had arrived defective on arrival about a month ago. Be aware that; 🔴 1. You will need to buy a wifi adapter if you cannot use Ethernet 🔴 2. No tpm2.0 means there is no core isolation security, which puts your PC at high risk if it gets hacked. Also, you won't have windows 11 either, probably at all. •⚠️❗ If you try to turn core isolation on it says there is an incompatible driver, Intel HD 4600 graphics driver which I don't understand cause there is only the GTX 1660 Ti gpu that I can see in device manager. That's a bit strange. I don't like that this means there's a huge threat at getting your system compromised either. 🔴 3. It's an I7-4770 processor, from what I can tell that's not bad and it's better than the i7-3770 paired with the ram and gpu in this PC by a little 🔴 4. The power cord is a bit on the short side but not awful 🔴 5. There are only 3 USB ports on top, others on the back •🟢 but there is headphone jack and microphone jack ports I haven't gotten to play anything other than Minecraft, but not for too long. I can't claim if it's a great PC yet since that's a light game. I'll definitely update here again when I can start playing other games. But for now, it does run Minecraft pretty good. I didn't need to change any settings, I've tested it on a 40 render distance and it had no problem so far. • i'd like to note I am using a 144hz monitor if that really does make a difference with performance Other things; 🟢 1. The fans are quiet, I think there are a total of 7 fans || • It comes with a little remote to control the RGB lights. Sometimes the remote doesn't always work right away 🟢/🟡 2. I can somewhat trust the few sources I've looked at that this maybe a decent rig that can run most games on recommended system requirements, but I'll still see for myself 🟡 3. I love the way their keyboard sounds, but the LED lights are literally red blue and green LMAO, not the best transitioned either and theyre just static so it's kind of ugly 🟡 4. The mouse is standard, but the wire for it is short • I haven't tested the sound bar yet either 🟡 5. I don't know if there is Bluetooth but it didn't seem like it so So far that's it. I haven't used it much honestly. The wifi USB adapter I'm using is okay so far, I'm not sure how it'll hold up in online games but I hope for the best since it was an "Amazons choice". --------------- Original review: It didn't work when it arrived. I'm not sure if its "DOA" since it does power on for barely a second, before going off and never coming on again till power supply is reset. Their support is trying their best. Communication is not that clear towards them since I don't think English is their native tongue I won't be sending it back since they don't cover shipping for returns and it's not garaunteed it will be fixed or get a full refund and I don't want to risk anything honestly A heads up, "DOA" for them is to be stated within 48 hours, if you do end up buying this then please do not wait to get around to it! By then you only get 2 weeks to send it back. They also seem strict about "everything must come back in original packaging" since that will also be taken out on you financially if it is not? That's what I gather from their warranty anyway It's my first desktop. I got prebuilt to avoid building and ruining things myself, but they wanted me to attempt to fix it myself first. Okay I guess. I tried with the directions they gave me but it had not resolved it. I had a small budget to get a PC and an extra $25 or $100 to ship it back was not part of it. I did not consider that'd id have to pay for something like this to be shipped back after just receiving it :') I tried telling them and showing them everything I could that was suspicious via photos; like how the voltage gage switch was upside down and I didn't know if it was on 110V or 220V which is semi a problem since my outlets are the standard 120V. But they didn't really address any of it, not even the voltage switch, so maybe everything else was normal. Their own warranty is flimsy and a big headache is all I have to say. I'd suggest to buy something honestly trustworthy and atleast reliable seeming. If it's too good to be true, then it most likely is. This had 3 stars when I bought it, nothing horrible said other than no tmp.2.0. then more reviews came through as it was being shipped and there are more negative than positive so. Hopefully whatever i7 is really on it is good too. I knew I had to be prepared and bought a wifi adapter way in advanced just to use my PC. Sadly I can't yet. ... show more

  • Too many problems for a 1year old pc
First the computer wouldn't read my internet properly so had to download some sort of wifi connect, then in-between a few more problems I had to go to support for, now I have a recurring reboot mood screen coming on everything it starts up, have to fix that everyday, have to reconnect the Ethernet cable everyday because it doesn't want to read it/hold it, will not load up games as well as it used too(not an internet issue, it's the processor) and now when ever I do a work test (work from online) it reads off as an Intel i6, not i7. ... show more

  • Poor quality
I got this computer for my 12 yr old son for gaming. It wouldn’t download some games or took a long time to download it. It also looses internet connection very frequently even though we still have internet. Wouldn’t recommend this computer

  • Overall a decent PC for the price
PC fits all my needs. The keyboard and mouse are not that great but came with the bundle. The wireless speaker cuts in and out on sound regardless if connected Bluetooth or aux. definitely better options for those three things. Pc works great so far. No issues. I will say we bought two and they are in the same room at a two person desk and the RGB lights work on the same frequency so it is hard to personalize one from the other without it changing both. ... show more
