Ordered this PC during the holiday sales and it came promptly. However, we had quite a few problems upon delivery. First the HDD wasn't detected so I had to open the case and reconnect the connections, then it started working properly. Next the graphics card was working, but it stopped working randomly and after doing all the troubleshooting I had to call support. I tried emailing support but there was a delay in responses. I decided to call in for support and got a much faster response, so I was very happy with that. STGAubron set me up with a replacement, and I was able to get the replacement in a decent amount of time, especially given the holiday season. The replacement is working smoothly for now. The specs are great for entry level gamers like my kid, and the PC appeals to the eye with the white and clear case and the color changing lights, very high tech looking. Bluetooth works great, wifi connectivity is a bit laggy at times, might need to replace the adapter. I was a little hesitant on the purchase based on the mixed reviews, but it was worth the risk. It just kept saying no signal they did give us videos “how to fix it” nothing worked read some more reviews and they use old parts. It looks cool but terrible We took it to a specialist and the parts were from 2016 almost a decade old they sell you old parts for way too much just go buy something better not this company ... show more

Bought this PC it runs games very nicely I'm very happy with it and it does allow you to update to Windows 11. Would recommend this to new gamers who can later upgrade their parts. It just needs a better processor. Other then that very good (:

After trouble shooting like the agent from the company stated to fix lagging and graphics that prevented me from playing GTA5 RP I seen this like wtw another. For its price, this is a great budget pc build. It lacks in the memory department, but that can easily be upgraded with a better hard drive. The RX 590 still holds in 2024, which is good for casual gaming. I like how the sellers laid out stickers with instructions on how ton assemble certain parts of the computer.
