Nice PC and Great Customer Support
Style: I5/RX 550
I bought this for my son for his first computer and sadly it did not work when it arrived. I contacted the company and their tech support helped me trouble shoot one issue over the phone but it still did not work properly so they initiated a warranty claim for me and completely replaced the computer. I had a new one that worked perfectly within just a few days of starting the claim. I'm highly satisfied with their customer service. As far as the computer itself, we are very happy with it. My son uses it for gaming but is not into any heavy duty games yet so I'm not sure how it would perform in those circumstances but it is perfect for his current needs. ... show more

Don't Buy
Style: I5/RX 550
Purchased for my 13 year old game loving son for Christmas. All he has ever wanted was a PC and we wanted to work within a budget. I should have trusted my gut after reading the reviews. After set up, the computer would randomly shut off. This happened MULTIPLE times in a 30 minute period. But that wasn't even my biggest complaint. The computer shows it has 16gb ram...but after my son loaded Fortnite properly and tried playing we quickly realized there was something wrong. It was unable to smoothly run at ALL. CONSTANTL lagging, glitching, completely behind, and shutting down randomly. After getting into the computers settings we realized it stated it was only running at 8gb ram. When the computer states it has 16gb ram. I am assuming something was wrong with one of the ram ports? But, between the ram issue and it consistently shutting down out of nowhere. I decided to return the computer as this was more than we were able to deal with and handle ourselves as the computer was obviously defective only running with 8gb ram. I am currently in the waiting process of it being delivered back to the company/Amazon or wherever it goes at this point. Heartbreaking to take have to take away a Christmas gift that my son was THRILLED about. Please consider looking elsewhere for your PC wants. ... show more

Perfect for Working from Home and Cricut Projects
Style: I5/RX 550
I bought the STGAubron Gaming Desktop PC with the Intel Core i5 and AMD Radeon RX 550 to use while working from home. I didn’t actually game on it, but it ran Design Space perfectly and handled cutting material on my Cricut without any issues. The 16GB RAM and fast SSD made everything smooth and quick. Plus, the RGB lights on the fans, keyboard, and mouse were a fun bonus that brightened up my workspace. WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 connected easily, and Windows 10 was ready right out of the box. Definitely happy with this computer for both work and crafting! ... show more

Good pc

So I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and the ONLY issue I have is the wifi issues which I’m guessing you’ve seen in other reviews. Other than that it works well and I’m a light gamer so I don’t play hardcore shooting games and all that just casual stuff like Roblox or sims4 or vrchat etc so for me it’s great and a good value for money considering the price I got it for. It was easy to setup like it literally took less than five minutes and my games runs well when the wifi is not messing up. Overall if you are like me and game lightly and woulda’t mind your Wi-Fi cutting out every couple of hours for like 3 mins then I’d say buy lol ... show more

Mouse/Keyboard dont work
Style: I5/RX 550
The PC works completely fine, no issues upon startup and can run beefy games like Red Dead Redemption 2 on its highest graphic settings with NO LAG!! Unfortunately my mouse and keyboard did not work with my pc and i had to use my old stuff lying around. Overall a really great PC esp for the price! The fans are super quiet which is a huge plus as well :) ... show more
