I ordered this puffer jacket by Steve Madden in white. I thought there could be a better variety of color options other than the basic, yet trendy, black, white, olive and sand. The cropped style is trendy and will look great with jeans and leggings. The weight of the jacket is heavier than I expected based on this being made of polyester. I typically wear a size medium and sized up to a large because I want to be able to layer this over thicker, winter clothes. I'm glad I did because the size large fits good and I'll definitely be able to wear long sleeves with it but I'm not sure how a sweater is going to fit under this jacket. I had to laugh when I saw the attached price tag of $195. The $39.99 Amazon price listing is an appropriate price for this jacket and makes it a good value. You can see in one of my photos that the stitching on the black SM emblem on the left sleeve is crooked and off. The waist has adjustable, elastic tabs if you want to cinch the waist for a more fitted feel/look. The wrist bands are black, which I like, because it will be less easy to see any dirt on the wrists. Now, the white sleeves? That will be a different story but I don't intend to get it dirty but this jacket is machine washable. The price makes it a great jacket for a seasonal and trendy look.

I'm somewhat amazed, as well as a bit confused, by the price of this jacket. For the cost, you're getting an incredible value and a lot of warmth, and even if it doesn't last all winter (and it probably will) the price point is so low I'd just buy another one. I really love it, but I'm also one of those people who's perpetually freezing. It is cropped, so be prepared for that, and I'd recommend sizing up if you intend to layer a bunch. I ordered my usual size and I feel like it's a true-to-size fit. I have no complaints and I've actually recommended this jacket to others as an affordable and stylish option.

My wife always says she has nothing to wear, so I picked up this jacket for her—and it was a great choice. The black color has a slight sheen, giving it a lighter, stylish look. It’s a cropped puffer design that keeps her warm while still looking fashionable. The heavy-duty zipper and cinch cord at the bottom add function and adjustability, while the two hand pockets and elastic wristbands provide extra comfort and warmth. There’s also a Steve Madden patch on the left arm for a nice detail. Overall, the jacket feels well made, protects against wind and cold, and looks great. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my trip to NYC in preparation for the weather. It is super cute and immediately after putting it on I felt the warmth so I know it will do the trip. Price is fair for the brand. It is lightweight but does feel heavy on because of the puffer. I would say this is true to size. I've attached a photo for reference.

I got this coat for my wife, for when we have cold days in the winter. She LOVES this coat. Little did I know that this is a brand name, which is very well respected. She likes the color, the overall puffy design, and the material. We also like the quality of manufacture and the overall fit. She normally wears a medium size coat and she said that she probably could also wear a large one of these, so you may want to order a larger size than you normally would. So we like the quality, the value for the money, and we feel due to the quality that this coat will be durable and last a long time. Overall, I'd say that we are 100% satisfied with this coat and would recommend it to any fashionable lady, who is seeking a good quality brand name puffy jacket. And this coat is definitely wife approved, so this would make an excellent gift from any husband or boyfriend to your gal!

This is a very nice warm coat. It is super stylish and very trendy. I ordered a medium and it fits my teenage daughter really well. The kid hates everything but she loves this coat and if you have ever tried to get a teen to wear a coat to school you understand how important this is. It is well made and seems very durable. It does have some weight to it, unlike some other puffy jackets which seems to add to its warmth. Excellent value for the money. I would size up as I originally bought it for myself and couldn't even get it on. If you want to layer I'd even go 2 sizes bigger.

This Steve Madden puffer jacket is so cozy. Perfect for colder climates this cropped coat is overstuffed and feels like wearing a pillow. It fits as a Women’s XL but it is a little snug. I would size up if you like a roomier fit. The crop hits right above the waist. There are two pockets on the side, though they do not have zippers. There are two bungies on either side of the zipper to cinch in the waist. The zipper is plastic but sturdy. There is not a hood but the collar is stout and poofy. The coat is stylish and really cute. One thing I did find is that there are a few stitches under the zipper that permanently binds each side of the coat together causing it to be a pullover. I cut the stitch’s on mind so that it can be worn more easily. A great buy.

My wife was excited about this jacket, but when we received it, there was a large stain along the zipper in the front. The jacket fits well and has a really nice color. We washed it according to the tag and unfortunately it got worse - there's now a lot of fluff coming out through the fabric.
