Do not buy. The steps are extremely narrow and the plastic steps flex underneath even a person of 170 lbs. So, not recommended at all. Definitely not gonna work for up to 300 pounds as advertised. Piece of junk.

Thiis 5 step ladder is really light weight, I can carry it with one hand but because its so light, it does not give give me that steadiness to feel safe up to the 5th step.. I felt safe using up to the 3rd step though.

This stepping ladder is really easy to set up and folds flat so you can store it wherever you want. The build quality is ok but I did hear some strain when you first step on the steps it doesn't wobble or bend but I thought I'd mention it I weigh 155 pounds and it held my weight without any issues. You do want to use it as close to the wall of what you're using it since you need to touch something to support yourself. Safety wise the bottom has rubber grips so that it won't slide as well as a metal latch that prevents the ladder from closing while in use. It's ok for occasional use well just have to see how it does in the long term.

This is a really nice stepladder. As a nearly 300 pound woman I want to make sure that if I am stepping up onto a stepstool, I will not be worried about whether it can hold my weight. This ladder unfolded very easily and I feel that the steps are very firm for a step ladder. I recently used it to reach above my cabinets to organize some tea pots, and did not feel as though I would follow at any point. I look forward to using this in the garage this summer to re-organize it and be able to put items up on shelves that I don’t use frequently. This looks like it will wipe down easily. Should it get dirty and I love that it is such a slim profile and fits into my hall closet without any issue. This would make a great gift for new homeowners or first time apartment renters, etc. I think that it is very well priced for a high-quality item that you will be utilizing for years to come.

The media could not be loaded. The step ladder is strongly built. I like that the rear crossbars are welded to the rear leg—making a very strong bond. I also like that it came with two extra feet and two extra rear crossbar ends. I was less impressed by the latch that keeps the stairs open—the top step has a piece of metal that connects to the crossbar so that the unit won’t fold on you. While the solution is sufficient, it is not very elegant (see video). One of the rubber crossbar plugs cannot be seated (photo 3) The stairs are rather small: 6 3/4” deep by 10 1/2” wide. I have size 14 feet and they both fit, but the narrow depth does not make me feel very secure as my foot is about 12” long so there was a lot of overhang. My use case for this is to use it in my workshop to reach things too high to reach while standing. The narrow folded dimensions will work perfectly in my shop, and I can always reach something to stabilize me. I would not use this to change lightbulbs in a ceiling fixture as I would not feel stable enough. Product is good enough for my needs.
