Update: we have had this couch for a year and still going strong! Our 3 dogs jump all over it and it's held up great - I expected more wear and tear by this point. The stitching has stayed firm, it is incredibly easy to clean, and no discoloration. Still comfortable and doesn't look or feel broken in. I would definitely purchase this again. We beat the crap out of furniture and this has held up to and exceeded my expectations. We've only had this couch a couple of days, but so far 5 star. Never thought I would order one online but there's a first time for everything! We wanted this for its size and set up, and couldnt find anything like it in stores. Shipping: arrived on time. The vendor is incredibly communicative on when the item is shipped, what to expect, and what to do when it is delivered. Set up: so simple, and its surprisingly light! Loved the pillows that came with it. It was unpackaged and set up in about 15 min. Aesthetics: there's been reviews about it being really firm, but I didnt find that to be the case. If you want to sink into your couch, you might consider this firm, but for me I find it really comfortable. I tend to stay away from the couches one sinks into because they dont wear well. The fabric is more of a bluish gray than pictured (but not bluish to the point where it looks blue, if that makes sense). The fabric looks durable, which I hope is the case. We have 3 dogs and 2 kids, so we'll see how it holds up. I'm 5'10" and can easily stretch out with the 2 kiddos on it for movie nights. When making the queen size bed, it would easily fit 5'8" and below. My feet barely are off the end when laying on the main piece (with no side section attached). If you remove the back pillows, this can easily be a twin sized bed for guests with plenty of length for anyone (set up as a couch). Overall, really pleased with this purchase. Super soft and durable microfiber. Squishy throw pillows. I added several additional accent pillows because I like visual interest and laying in a mountain of soft squishy things. It is on the firmer side, but if you have kids or dogs you'll probably want that. Seller contacted me by phone when I purchased and gave me the run down with their shipping and delivery process, and their warranty info and how to care for it. Have had it for a month now and it's still in perfect condition and it seems like it will hold up well for many years. The inner cushions are high density foam that start out very firm and will slightly soften over time, but are also replaceable should I find them to break down too much years from now. I am very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend!! I've owned this couch for over half a year now and it's been through several dogs jumping and doing zoomies on it throughout my house at full speed plus several bodies sitting in the same spots religiously and no signs of wear or butt grooves yet. I can't emphasize enough how great this piece of furniture is. I can tell it will continue to hold up very well for many years to come and when the time comes to replace the sofa in my short term furnished rental it will be with this same brand and upholstery, and probably color. ... show more

We purchased this back in November. Yes, I was very skeptical of buying a sofa online without trying it and from Amazon at that. BUT I was proven wrong. It is holding up great so far and I have a toddler that runs and jump all over it. The ottoman is used in our dresser room. Delivery was earlier than the expected date! That was great. Only downside is the shipping. That is why I gave 4 star. Shipping was pretty expensive for curb side delivery. Overall we love it. I recommend you buy. ... show more

This couch was delivered much larger than I was expecting! They really aren’t kidding when they say you need a few people on hand to help get it in. I’ve included a photo for size reference so you can be more prepared than I was to receive this—and you’ll want to order it because it’s a great couch! (I’m still moving in so I’d rather not take a photo of my messy living room with it in, but it looks great set up). It’s a bit firm, I kind of like that although I do expect it’ll soften up with use. The color is more of a bluish gray than a true gray. It’s a wonderful and large couch, I love how wide the chaise is! I will add that once my friends and I moved it inside the garage and broke down the pallet, the individual pieces were a better size to move into the house. It assembles super easy and quick. It does also come with all the pillows pictured, and they have zippers on them so while I haven’t looked further into it, I presume I’d be able to switch out the covers if I so chose. Ps. My little dog is super clingy and always sleeps with me, but ever since I put up the couch he prefers to rest on it instead! So be warned, this couch will steal your pets.
