When I first got these boots I was a bit skeptical due to the lightweight of the soles they fill hollow and you can definitely feel the temperature through them. However I have been wearing them for over a month now and they are holding up very well they could use a little extra padding under under the foot which is easily fixed with a insert and the shoes are a bit wider than the listed size. I work in the concrete industry, my boots see a lot of abuse. I also have a wide foot. And soft soled shoes hurt my legs when I am on my feet for long periods. I’m currently on my second pair of these boots. The first pair lasted about 6 months of 60-70 hour weeks getting wet ten times a day before they became less waterproof and I had to replace them because my feet started getting wet. These boots look nice but they were not water resistant and became a stinking hive of mold after about a month of wearing them into a NY winter. I could feel dampness in them sometimes so I know water was getting in somehow. I'll be looking for another brand. I am also getting a boot dryer to hopefully mitigate this problem in the future. These boots are frkn amazing. They are almost like wearing sneakers other than the weight; they are work boots after all. I have owned many boots. My last pair was a $200 pair of Red Wings, and they were the most uncomfortable boots. I found these by accident, and I am glad I did. I can wear these all day and night.
